Crazy Kleen Carpet Cleaning

Great, Mike did an excellent job as always. been using him for years. He has cleaned our carpets and furniture in previous cleanings.

It did not go very well. The service person tried to upsell more services, but we have all come to expect that. It was the way he did it that seemed pushy and sarcastic I felt bullied but was still able to say no thanks. No effort was made to move anything not even an office chair the service person just cleaned around things. Will not use this service again.

Michael was right on time and did a great job. We will be using him again.

I called Michael in the morning and he was here that afternoon. He gave me an estimate, and I thought I was going to have to schedule for another day. I approved the estimate, and he was ready to do the job right then! He went out and got his equipment and got started! Within about 15 minutes or so, here was no more stain! He had originally quoted me $150.00, but we had to have it done-I'm a renter, and we just couldn't leave it like that. I thought, by the time we rented a machine, bought the soap, got it home, and on and on, and hen it might not work, so my husband and I decided to leave it to a professional. And boy, I am glad I did! What would have taken my son several hours--with the possibly of no success, Michael whipped into shape in about 15 minutes. And then, because it took him a lot less time than he thought, he only charged me a third of the original quote! The baby is still in the hospital, but when he starts to crawl, there is only one carpet cleaner that I will call to clean my carpets and clean my tile for my first grandson, and that would be Crazy Kleen!

Called service and they scheduled cleaning requested asap service due to accidently closed pet doors Mike responded in a very professional manner and did and excellent job we have use this service prior to 08/09 and will use them again when needed would recommend his service..

We have tile that is very porous and the dirt gets stuck in the holes on the tile. I have been on my hands and knees trying to get it clean with no luck. I have used the swifter as well as a mop and water........the dirt was still there! My mother-in-law gave me the number for Crazy Kleen and we couldn't believe the DIFFERENCE!!! Our tile floor looked new again! Thank you Mike for being so efficient......we should have done this YEARS ago!

Carpets went from destroyed to looking great. He was honest, truthful, punctual, professional, and very informative. I will use him again.

Fantastic. Like new! Cleaned the grout to be stain free!
