Crazy Kleen Carpet Cleaning

"Upon arrival to the [Member Name Removed] Reside we did our carpet pre-inspection (as we do on all homes). We found that the dogs had been peeing on the carpet very extensively and were in very poor shape (save for the master bedroom which had newer carpet but was still very soiled with pet urine). We consult with all our clients as to the best methods and recommendations for remediation of the pet soiling and for their carpets. We offered to properly remove the pet soiling and explained the pro's and con's of the treatments. (which are not included in the coupon pricing) Mrs. [Member Name Removed] turned down the Pet Urine Treatment and wanted just the basic cleaning. We Continued to explain that the standard products are not designed to remove pet stains or odors and that odors or stains could persist, we wanted her to reconfirm that they did not want us to remove them. (She said No thank you to the pet treatments as she even stated above.) I always maintain professional and courteous report with our clients at no time was anyone being sarcastic or pushy; However, everyone's perception is their reality and we are sorry they saw our explanations in that manor. We did move the "office chair" as much as we could.. it was a very small and cramped area with not much room to move it too. and as we explained to Mrs. [Member Name Removed] we clean all open areas and we move smaller items such as coffee table, chair etc.(which their was none to move) however we don't stack boxes or items on beds etc. as is the case she was wanting us to do here. We try to please everyone as much as we can. We are sorry we were unable to please you."
