The service performed by the technician was done well as requested. The issue lies with the owner Kevin who was extremely rude and unprofessional when asked a question upon a recent follow up call placed by me to his office concerning permitting and clarification. Upon hanging up he was heard using profanity in referring to me to his assistant.

I highly recommend County Electric. They were professional, prompt, and great communication about the work that needed to be done. They were very fair in their pricing and completed the job quickly. Will use again and recommend to all family and friends.

three guys came to our door and worked a solid three hours to complete the work.  We are very satisfied with the results.

He was on time and a professional who found the bad wire connection in just under 1/2 hour. He fixed the problem and made sure that everything was working before he left. The way he conducts himself shows that he is a professional and cares about the customer. Thanks Ketter for being a great electrican.

I called Ketter on April 30 at 5:30 pm because we lost power in half of our house and had no AC. Ketter came immediately and proceeded to evaluate the situation. Upon checking he found that we had lost power to one leg of our service and immediately called APS and placed a service request as my wife is ill and need the AC to breath properly. APS arrived 3 hr. later and made a temporary repair until they can install a new electrical service. Ketter stayed with us the whole time to make sure that we had power before he left. Ketter is a very responsible person who knows his job and does it well. He takes care of his customers and always goes the extra mile for them.

Ketter was very professional along with his worker Jerry-  everything was explained and the work was done in a timely way. Surprised at the end Ketter refunded some money - as he overestimated the cost of some materials. Definitely would recommed him and would use his service again

Ketter updated a RG-59 Cox internet coax run (house was built in 1989) across attic and down office wall, plus a couple of other short attic runs. He ran two cat5e cables to a gazebo (2 ports) - up an interior wall from the router and down an exterior wall (difficult attic access as this is a hip roof), then under a ramp to the gazebo. These are long runs but still within the cat5e limit. He placed one port at deck level and the other port under the gazebo roof. He ran power up to the same location.
Ketter did everything that I requested. For example, I asked that he not staple the cat5e wire; instead, he used "clips" (this is the best word that I can think of now). He also found a box that will hold the old Apple AirPort Express that I reconfigured to create a new wireless network for the gazebo.

Our guest bath is divided into two rooms, and one room is lighted with a ceiling circling light fixture containing 22W and 32W bulbs. The day before company was to arrive, the light went out. I removed the diffuser and one bulb was definitely bad. I went to Lowe's to purchase a replacement (yes, I know I should probably replace both). I installed the new bulb, and a couple of seconds after I switched on the light, the other bulb shattered. This was a bit unnerving, as I had never had this happen before, and I still didn't know which was bad, the bulb or the ballast.
So I decided to see if I could get an electrician to come the next morning, and I called Ketter first. He said he could come (I suppose we were lucky that he had no other job scheduled), and he arrived promptly. He first installed two new bulbs, but no go. He then replaced the ballast, and all was well with the world.

Ketter arrived on time, rewired a faulty light switch and got everything working fine.

I agreed on the price Ketter quoted and he immediately started project. He is very knowledgeable and made his work a learning experience for  me.  He cleaned up the work area and completed the work in a very timely fashion. A company I can trust and will use again in the near future.

Keller arrived on time, looked the job over and immediately started to work. The job turned out to be a bit more difficult then he and I thought it would be, however he performed the instillation in a timely and professional manner. We could not be more satisfied with  the job and will call him when we need more electrical work done

He did a great job, under pressure. This was a commercial job and we needed a quick resolution to pass inspection and he delivered. Excellent experience.

Hee broke tab off of wall plugin which had been installed by some one else.

I called, he was able to come within a few hours, did some testing, found a wire that wasn't properly connected and fixed it. Done in 30 minutes.

great, could not have been better.  I was leaving town and needed to have the work performed while I was not there.  I have used County Electric in the past and knew they could be trusted.

Everything from the initial estimate to final completion went well. The estimate was timely, modifications were no problem and the installation was all completed in one day. The work was done neatly and the area cleaned up.

Ketter arrived on time and completed the job in a professional and workman like maner. He cleaned up the work area and explained every thing that he had done. A very good experiance and I would recomened him for any electrical work that is needed.
