They did an outstanding job! David brought over multiple samples of cabinets once he had an idea of what I wanted. They came out beautiful. He went above and beyond what I expected and was fabulous to work with. I would highly recommend him for any cabinetry work!

They were excellent on their quality but they were not good in their responsiveness. They do wonderful work but they are not good in returning calls.

One chair had a large piece of wood chipped off of the leg, the other had a vertical split from the bottom of the seat to midway down the chair leg. Both things were repaired perfectly, here at my home. Michael was here for a few hours, it made the house smell a little but the work was done and the chairs are good as new. He was also kind enough to touch up the back of another chair leg that needed it.

I had 3 legs broken on my dinning table in my move. He attached the legs and now my table looks like new. You cannot even tell the legs were broken.

When initially contacted, David Morgensen promptly responded. Gave estimate quickly. Work was completed within estimated time frame. All commitments were met and very professional. Well done and recommend them!

The company was great. The owner himself came and refinished the top of a nightstand. He was there 35 minutes and did an amazing job.

This was a perfect experience, both in terms of the quality of the work and the administrative management. Complete Furniture is operated by its owner, David Mogensen. Mr Mogensen himself answered the phone, and then turned me over to a pleasant staff person to make an appointment for the next day. He and an assistant appeared at the agreed-upon time to look at the pieces that needed work. He explained what he would do, gave me a written quote, gave me an approximately-two-weeks time estimate to complete the work, took a deposit, and took the pieces away for repair. I got a call from Complete Furniture exactly two weeks later to make an appointment for delivery. Three days later, and again on time, Mr Mogensen and his assistant returned the repaired pieces--looking much better than I'd ever hoped. The assistant even wiped off their fingerprints. Mr Mogensen had brought touch-up stain for a few pieces in my home, and he took care of that work--with his own dropcloth--in a few minutes. The final bill was exactly as we had agreed upon; there were no additional pick-up or delivery charges. Payment was by cheque; Complete Furniture does not accept credit cards. Mr Mogensen said that he stands behind all his work and that I was to call him if anything didn't seem to be as it should. The largest of the pieces that Mr Mogensen repaired--an antique Chinese bench with curved bases--was not an easy repair, in my opinion. The bench had been damaged during my lengthy relocation from Asia to Phoenix, and had splintered at its joints; it was also suffering from Arizona's low humidity. A repairman in Asia had used nails (not generally used in traditional Chinese furniture construction) at odd angles which had to be removed. Now, this bench is sturdy enough that I can sit on it, and it looks lovely--the repaired spots are not visible. Mr Mogensen worked on four different pieces of furniture altogether, and was able to match the stain colour of each.

David and his wife came to pick up the table. We talked about what type of finish I wanted: matte, well-protected from moisture. I had always had to cover the table with table mats and a tablecloth to protect the surface and I wanted to be able to show the beauty of the wood. When they brought it back, it was gorgeous (see photo). He also refinished and darkened the color of the wooden arms of a recliner and had his upholsterer redo the other part. This was not an easy chair to upholster -- I asked to have firmer padding installed. It also came back beautiful. Two piano benches were also upholstered, with welting and a lining fabric under the bench lid, nicely finished inside. I provided the fabric for both the chair and the benches.

Dave did an excellent job! He picked up the cabinet from my home, performed the work and delivered the cabinet back on time. The cabinet looks wonderful! Dave also gave me helpful tips on caring for the marble atop the cabinet. It was a little difficult getting the appointment time set, but once we were able to do so, Dave was worth the wait!

THEY WERE REFERRED BY THE MOVING COMPANY AND DID A GREAT JOB MATCHING THE ANTIQUE LOOK, SO TO SPEAK. THEY QUOTED TWO WEEKS AND WERE RIGHT ON TIME. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS REPAIRS.

SUPERIOR QUALITY WORK. THE REPAIRED AREAS ON BOTH TABLES ARE NOT VISIBLE AT ALL, AND THEY EVEN TOUCHED UP SOME OTHER SMALL MARKS TO MAKE THE TABLES LOOK NEW. THE REPAIR WORK ON THE COFFEE TABLE WAS ADDITIONAL WORK I REQUESTED SEPARATELY FROM THE MOVING CLAIM, AND THEY DID IT FOR A VERY REASONABLE COST.
