Don was awesome! Very polite and knowledgable. He and the crew replaced our two old units inside and out. They came out on time and were quick to get the job done. Each crew member had a specific function and went right to work in their area like a Nascar pit crew. Very polite crew. If i had a question, they answered it without hesitation. Have used Comfortable Living for several years on our personal residence and rental properties. They are excellent. Prompt, professional and honest. When we had a mechanical issue with one of our a/c units they even contacted the manufacturer on our behalf and obtained parts for us under warranty. Great company and nice people to deal with!

Dealing with Comfortable Living was the fastest and friendliest service we could have imagined. They came out and identified the problem easily and had it fixed quickly before my whole system shook apart! Couldn’t be happier with this service.

We have used Comfortable Living for 9 years and have always been very satisfied with very good service and expertise. Work done quickly and tested to make sure all is well.

We’ve never had central air so know nothing about it. Our condo had a 3 ton unit on the roof and a heat pump (which requires freon) in AZ room, which we never used since we purchased in 2011. Had to replace roof unit in 2019. Don never mentioned combining the two units and putting a 4 ton unit on the roof. In July, 2020, our new unit could not cool below 83°. When Don came to check out the new unit he told me the unit was not big enough for our square footage. Of course, I was upset and he told me he was not a salesman and just replaced what we had in the roof. He got very defensive. Our heat pump needs a new capacitor and freon (at $60/pound) before we can run it. I told Don to get the capacitor. It’s been over a month and nothing. Don is the professional and should provide a customer with ALL options when replacing a unit.

As always, Comfortable Living A/C & Heating was punctual and efficient. Don, the owner, also services our heaters every fall. He keeps all of them working perfectly and is completely trustworthy. There is never a reason to question his recommendations, unlike with the previous service we used.

We called our home warranty co. (OneGuard) and they sent Comfortable Living. The tech worked for about a half hour but never cleared the blockage and the problem came back the next day. Called them about coming out and "fixing" the problem and they said call OneGuard. Called OneGuard and they told us to work directly with Comfortable Living which refused to send someone to fix the problem. I would NEVER refer anyone to Comfortable Living or recommend OneGuard home warranty ever.

On the initial visit 7/22/16, they added 2 lbs of freon thinking that would take care of the problem.  The tech left about 8:30pm.  But the unit would not hold the set temperature over the weekend and the tech came back on Monday.  That is when he discovered the part failure that led to my decision to replace the unit totally. They started replacing the units about 7am on Friday and finished about noon that same day except for some minor adjustments about 2:30 that afternoon.
