Bullfrog's Garage Door Company is an AMAZING family-owned business. They were incredibly fast and on time to do my repair. The technician walked me through exactly what was wrong, how it could have happened, and what needed to be fixed. He was friendly & knowledgeable. They have fair pricing, which was far better than I was expecting. I just had my repair done last week and have already started telling family and friends what a great experience this was. I will always recommend this company to family, friends, & strangers. As a single mom, I could not have asked for better service as repairs are never easy for me to deal with, but they made it a great experience. I appreciate everyone at Bullfrog's Garage Door Company! Thank you for being an honest company with expert repair & fair prices!

Don't need to use them again. Was able to schedule service same day, and they'd been the ones servicing the doors since I had them installed 11 years ago. Showed up right on time, but the technician, Dan, was abrupt from the get-go. No customer service skills here. He said it would take about 10 to fifteen minutes to service, which was about how long it took. He left grease on my garage floor, and was just unfriendly the whole time. The cost was $138 for the two doors, plus two fees I wasn't informed of; a fuel surcharge and a charge to use a credit card. I have to trust that I received a good service, but for nearly $10/minute at the job, a little friendliness, explanation, and care should be possible. There's a lot of choices out there, and I'll be finding another one for my next garage door service or repair.

Bullfrog is an excellent company. They are friendly, professional, effective and fast. I have been dreading this repair for a few months. I described the problem over the phone, sent them pictures, they gave me an idea of the cost to repair. Next day the repairman came as scheduled and "poof" ... my garage door works perfectly again. Completely thrilled with the service. Called at 9:30 am and got a call back within 30 minutes. Appt was set same day for 1-4 pm with a quick text message when he was about 10 min away. He arrived at 3:00 and the whole job was completed by 4:00. Reasonably priced, stellar customer service.

While only one spring was broken I thought it prudent to replace both. I called 15 minutes after they closed so I had to leave a message. I received a prompt response back the next morning and scheduled the service to be done between 2 PM & 5 PM that same day. In a subsequent phone call I was informed the technician could be there as early as 12 Noon; which he was. Clean, neat truck, clean, neat & professional technician. No wasted time and no additional 'sales pitches' from the technician during the 1 hour it took him to complete the work; completely satisfied. I received a 5% discount for being a 'senior' but the price still gave me some pause, call it 'sticker shock'.

Went well. They found a bend in the garage door track that caused the misalignment. Repaired it and we are good to go.

Very well work was performed efficiently and quickly. Arrangements made over the phone were excellent. Explained the situation and arranged to have work addresses by late afternoon.

Their work was spot-on. Checking every bolt for tightness, adjusting door tension and lubricating areas I didn’t know about. Self-service you miss areas that need attention.

Wonderful. The two workers were completely in tandem throughout the repair. They also serviced the door and tracks and told me that LED lights can cause problems with remote transmitters (I had them in my operator). My "B" about Responsiveness is they were too busy to get to my place yesterday (although they did put me on a wait list). But today they called first and were able to arrive early.

Very professional tech, listened to my situation, assessed the door, found the problem, made recommendation and I accepted. Parts and Labor were a fair price. Showed me how to care for the door. Going to recommend them to my neighbors.

They got there at 1:00. It was the spring. I had to have several parts replaced related to the torsion bar and/or spring. In less than an hour, it was done. They even tightened my pulley chain. It runs smoother than it did before. Recommended without reservation!!!

Technician came out just 2 hrs after our initial call; he found the problem quickly (bad wire), fixed it, tested it several times to our satisfaction. Price was very fair. Very good experience, we'd definitely call them again.

Everything went fine. I called Bullfrog the morning that the garage door quit working, and they scheduled the technician to come out that afternoon to install the new unit. The owner, who took my initial call, provided me with three options to consider for the replacement. He was well informed, did not pressure me to purchase, and scheduled me later that day. The technician was pleasant, informative, timely and professional.

Jeremy and Heather - the owners of Bullfrog's - were very responsive. They answered my initial e-mail inquiry in less that 24 hours, answered all my questions and provided solid quotes for the work that would be performed. Initially, I had planned on buying a Chamberlain garage door opener from Amazon and having Bullfrog's install it. They provided a price for that service immediately. When I asked about the differences between Chamberlain and Liftmaster garage door openers (made by Chamberlain, but sold directly through installers), they answered my questions without any pressure. When I negotiated with Bullfrog's to try to approximate the package that I would have received from Amazon, they were incredibly reasonable. In the end, we purchased a Liftmaster garage door opener from Bullfrog's and had them handle the installation. The technician arrived on time and had removed our old garage door opener, installed the new opener and programmed the remotes and digital keypad in less than 90 minutes. Bullfrog's is now our go-to provider for garage door and opener service. We expect to replace our garage door in the not too distant future, and they'll be my first (and probably only) call.

When gave me a bid they were prompt, very  professional and knowledgeable.
Were able to order the door I needed in a timely manner and were flexible in scheduling install.
The day before install I had to reschedule. They were courteous on phone and worked with me and my schedule for a new date.
Install came on time, work was done quickly, cleaned up after themselves and looks great.
Everyone I spoke to or worked with was great.
