I think purhaps because of the length of time it took them to get back out of here may have indicated to the office staff that it was another visist. But I had called within the time alloted and should not be penalized because the were out of town and they did not return the call upon their return.

They were wonderful. I found two scorpions in the house. I have a new baby and they came out next day. I also have a pet room and they skipped the room to be on the safe side. They were very informative and knowledgeable, about the product they were using. The product used is rather safe for pets and humans.

This service was excellent! Kim was my contact, and she promised service within hours, and it happened! David Buell came almost immediately, carefully explained the procedures, and then implemented them. This company is outstanding, and I would recommend them to everyone. They are a family-based service and class act.

BUELL IS MY FAVORITE COMPANY TO USE, BECAUSE THEY WORK QUICKLY. IN A HOUSE WITH YOUNG CHILDREN AND PETS, THAT IS VERY HELPFUL. THEY MADE SURE TO DO QUALITY WORK SO THAT THE BUGS WOULD NOT RETURN. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
