The technician was phenomenal in all aspects...punctual, announced his imminent arrival on site, discussed the entire cost breakdown prior to work, enthusiastic to get to work, and very respectful to me and my wife. This has been the best plumbing experience I have ever had, and would fully recommend them.

Plumber said nothing was wrong with either dishwasher or stool. Charged $150 & left. House sale couldn't close until issues were resolved. Had to pay new owners several hundred dollars to close deal on house sale.

On a Friday evening, just after normal close of business hours, I noticed my water heater in the garage was leaking. After looking at it I determined there was a pinhole leak in one of the copper tubes leading from the water heater into the house. I googled the issue and realized I could not properly fix it myself.  A friend recommended Before and After so I immediately gave them a call. By now it was after 6pm. I spoke with the owner and he said they were at dinner (family run business) and could come out later that night or the following morning. I chose the following morning for my convenience. Over the phone he coached me on how to at least temporarily stop the leak. The following morning Ryan called me to let me know he was on his way (which I appreciate) and then called when he arrived because he did not want to wake the rest of my household (again, I appreciate that). He even arrived 10 minutes early (which was just fine with me). He diagnosed the problem in person and gave me what I considered a reasonable estimate for the work. The job entailed completely removing the copper tubing and soldering a new piece on (which he had in the truck). He estimated the job would take about an hour and he was done within that time frame. His demeanor was very professional and courteous. He clearly and completely answered the few questions I had. I am very satisfied with my brief services with them and would/will hire them again if I am in need of plumbing services.
