Came out expecting to quote a whole new AC unit, not what I asked for, which was just an assessment of equipment. Seemed upset that was asked to assess equipment as stated was not prepared to do that. Only seemed interested in collecting $$ for work.

Baker Heating and Cooling is the only contractor for any home service I have ever had 100% complete trust in performing services. Ken Baker absolutely delivers on commitments every time. My most recent opportunity was with an AC unit recently installed that had a capacitor fail. Ken was onsite same day ( actually within 3 hours), diagnosed the issue, replaced the component and service was restored. I recommend his company enthusiastically and without any reservation at all. He take pride in his company and his record of customer service and that pride is well deserved.

Baker Heating and Cooling will always be my go to place. My 92 y/o grandfather was without AC because American Heating and AC turned off the power to his AC on a Thursday and said theyâ d be back in a Monday to refill the freon. I called Bakerâ s and he immediately went to the house to troubleshoot the AC and probably saved my grandfatherâ s life on a Sunday. Long story short, I am so thankful for this company for looking out for the well-being of my grandfather.

Very professional from start to finish I contacted them from long distance and was very pleased with how they kept in contact with me during the process of the job. I think the owner did the work. Baker was very overpriced. I have had the same work done for much less, for a unit that was mounted on the roof. This unit was easy to access on side of the house. Also, the technician (owner?) complained that he had to pay HomeAdvisor for the referral. I did not bother to explain to him that if he was not listed by HomeAdvisor, he would not have received the call.

the technician was very knowledgable, very professional, was wearing professional apparel . We will now only use services that Baker Heating and Cooling provides. We are very pleased with Home Advisor as well.
