Very Poorly!

We worked very hard to remove the smaller pieces from every room scheduled for the first day and clear the bottom rows of clothes from the closets. The crew showed up at 10:30 and instead of clearing the farthest rooms started on the middle interior rooms. They were forced to move big furniture on to the new carpeting. No logic in their work. They didn't want suggestions because they could not speak English. They seemed resentful of me chasing them around asking them to be careful of our nice pieces. We argued about the fact the second part of the house was to be done the next day so we had time, and a place to move that furniture out. They wanted to continue after 8pm. We scheduled 2 days and I had to argue with them about that. After they left we discovered none of the closet bypass doors worked. We had to hire a handyman to finish that. I had to show them how our beds disassembled and when they were assembling them they were using the wrong size socket so they damaged the bolt heads. The right size socket was in the box and I had to show them they were using the wrong tool. Baker Brothers "customer service followup" consists of No followup, No phone call, No Thank you for your business and hope you can communicate with our installers because we can't! Here is the kicker. In order for our warrenty to not be void we have to use Baker Brothers Cleaning service once a year! We will clean it once a year but not with their Cleaning Service. We would never recommend Baker Brothers to anyone.

We walked into the Surprise showroom with only a patterned throw pillow from our couch as a guide.  Salesman patiently took us through ALL their bound rugs.  We were debating on the "lesser of all near matches" when an associate pointed out the rug they were unwrapping for display.  We liked the material, color and design.  After a quick test run with the throw pillow, we were sold.  Salesman loaded this large rug into our van while we signed final paperwork.  We've now lived with this rug for 3 months and LOVE it!  It is soft to the step and all 3 of our dogs enjoy its plushness.  We would definitely return to Baker Brothers again and have recommended them to others.
