They've done work for me for the last 6 or 7 years. He's excellent. He's personable and very professional. He's very clean and he's quick. I trust him.

Nice guy. Friendly. He knows what he is doing. He had a couple of options for us regarding our front door security lock issue. We chose the one best for us and he did it on the spot. Works great and the cost was reasonable in my opinion. I would highly recommend this company and use them again.

His name is Brian Sheer. We would tell others that he is an independent person and he was referred to us. The first time we had an appointment, he showed up on time and the second time he was on a job that was taking longer than he expected. He called in and asked if we needed to reschedule or if it was okay to go ahead and prefer an appointment back because we knew him and knew his work, we agreed to that. We thought that the price was fine and we got what we paid for. He runs his own business and company and sometimes on commercial visits he does not have a choice of what happens, so it was not his fault.

Quickly returned initial call, provided estimate over the phone, showed up exactly on time, quickly finished an excellent job. This was the second time I utilized their service and I will continue to use them. Excellent value.

Brian was able to come out the same day that I called him and arrived on-time. He immediately got to work and set me up with three handle/deadbolt combinations that I had bought at Home Depot. He let me watch a little bit of the work he did to key them all the same in the back of his truck. He's wicked fast! If you've never seen a locksmith's tools, make sure to ask, they have the coolest stuff. The new lock sets went into my front, back and garage access doors. Much better than the multiple keys and sticky handles I had before. Brian's a good guy, knows his stuff and has a very professional manner.
