Don’t use Walt with Arizona Rainmakers for your yard people. They not only put the wrong rock and wrong color in our backyard, which we let slide becuase he said he took wrong measurements and was having to do extra work for (and didn’t charge us) which we kindly thanked him for, but his employees moved our irrigation system without permission, thus now causing a leak in our backyard. Which is leaking into our neighbors yard behind us. When called about the issues, he was extremely rude, said since we didn’t pay for them to do the irrigation work, it isn’t his problem. Oh, I’m sorry, IT IS since you and your employees took it apart and moved it. Without permission. And my dad and Ryan installed exactly where he came and marked where to do so in our yard. My dad has done this many times in his life and knows what he’s doing by the way. And they didn’t even put enough rock in our yard, exposing multiple dirt areas still. Also when kindly presented this information, he guilt trips us about the extra work he already did. Well. If you took correct measurements, this wouldn’t have been an issue. ??‍♀️ Poor customer Service and incredibly rude when their errors are presented to them.

They do professional and efficient work.  The first time that I used them, they extended the irrigation, repaired some of the old system, and planted a number of shrubs.  When they came out to replace the stolen irrigation regulator, they also cleaned up my yard nicely.  I don't remember their fee, but it is competitive.

They did a good job. They met their commitments. The price was right.

They had expanded my irrigation lines and installed a new meter a year ago, so I had them come out to give an estimate on extending it further. I also had a leaky valve, making a large puddle that I assumed needed replacing, plus some trimming and clean up. They gave me a fair price and came back the next day to do the work. A new valve would be $150, but they got the old one to work. They made the yard look nice and clean and reset my irrigation meter for the hotter weather.

The owner gave me a written estimate and it was more reasonable than two other estimates for the same scope of work. Two minor repairs were done to the irrigation system at no charge to me. I liked it that he wasn't pushy about getting the repairs done.
