First of all, I never write reviews. Second, if I could give more than 5 stars, I most definitely would. Tim Brown and Arizona Rainfall are the real deal, I’d even go as far as saying impeccable service and dedication from start to finish. Tim took our original vision up several levels, all while we stayed on budget. Communication was constant, leads always on site, the entire crew was always upbeat, courteous, and neat, and the finished project blew our minds. They also put up with our indecisiveness and numerous changes, which says a lot. We are already planning a phase two... We couldn’t be happier!

In 45 years of home ownership and countless renovations, Arizona Rainfall is only the second contractor to earn an absolute, unqualified 5 stars from us. All work was performed as contracted and to our complete satisfaction. Project was started on time, completed exactly as scheduled and clean up was done in excess of our expectations. The owner, Gary H. was involved in every aspect of the project from listening to our needs, quoting and explaining the job, and daily checking up while the work was being performed (9 days.) We even made a last minute change to the scope of the project which AZ Rainfall responded to with extraordinary speed and quality. We do not give out perfect scores easily but in this case, AZ Rainfall earned every accolade we could give them. We intend to call AZ Rainfall when it comes time to renovate our front yard. It is hard to imagine another contractor having the resources and skills to execute a landscaping project any better. John

We had it set up to sign two days after we purchased the property. Work was started 1/18 and finished on 2/3 The work that Arizona Rainfall turned out great. Couldn't be happier with the crew team members to the owner Gary Hines. Would definitely use this company again.

Arizona Rainfall is expensive. I like them because they stand behind their work and if something they install breaks, they repair it free of charge. I will use them again.

Cut off emitters while trimming bushes, fixed irrigation leaks but leaking again, did not perform all services required by contract, left entrance gate unlocked and open, emitters repaired leaked

Arizona Rainfall is not the cheapest but they are the best.   The are reliable, very responsive and know there stuff.   The crew that comes out in ususally the same people and they know our needs and the needs of the plants and trees.  Our property looks great and we get lots of positive comments from our visitors.

They turned out to be the best subcontractor I have ever had. The service was absolutely phenomenal. They are great. I would absolutely use them again in the future and I have recommended them to all my friends because they are good.

Nothing was done because nobody had the courtesy to call me back. I found someone else to fix my problem with my water feature.

Very expensive. There designer quite rude. They did the front but we did not get them to do the back. Their cost for pool and yard more than double compared to others.

Gary and his team did an outstanding job on our very large project. Very professional, quality work with a lot of attention to detail and customer service. We just couldn't be more pleased with the results. It is just spectacular!

It all went well until it came to the warranty of the plants. Made several calls to sales designer but his response was slow and eventually no response at all. Alternate sales designer came to talk with us and promised problem would be resolvedf. Issue was handed back to the original sales designer who became upset afterseveral more calls to him about the replacement of dead plants. After extensive research we became aware that at this time of the year it is to late to replace any plants because it is to hot now and the plants would go into schock. That means we now have to wait until fall to improve our landscaping. We are not a happy customer.

Contacted a number of landscape companies, several who did not bother to return calls. I received a call back from Arizona Rainfall within a couple of days. Let me say that when Gary called back, I explained to him that I would want to be very involved in the design of the space - if that was a problem, please say so - it was not a problem. We met, talked about my "vision", showed him some photo examples of ideas, visited a couple of yards with features they had done. Then we worked through refining the design process together, with actual drawings. Made an agreement and work started about a week or so later. The work teams were great - polite, on time, not a slacker in the bunch, cleaned the job site every day before they left and aimed to please. Let me add - I've designed and executed a number of landscapes over the years - this job was scheduled and carried out like no other! Work was permitted, completed within 30 days and the quality is excellent. This is an old-school operation with many long term employees and where customer service is not just printed on a form. This company may not be the lowest bid you receive, but, the work is done correctly the first time and any concerns are immediately addressed. I would/will use them again and highly recommend Arizona Rainfall to anyone serious about the look and quality of their outdoor living environment.

Crew arrived on time as scheduled, efficiently trimmed and pruned trees and shrubs as requested, removed undesired plan, tcleaned up efficently. Most of all were courteous and observed all requests for special care.

They are great. They are very friendly and professional. It is very hot here and they work well together. They also have a good knowledge of the area and what types of plants do well.

We are really happy with the result--looks great. Our frustration has been in getting follow-up calls answered. We've had a couple minor issues we had questions about--sometimes it took 3 or 4 calls to get a visit scheduled. Once they came out, the problem was fixed, but it required persistence on our part.
