Arizona Mirage

We used Arizona Mirage Pool Service for almost 3 years and over the course of time have had several issues from billing, servicing and today's lack of professionalism by owner Brian. Recent issue; chlorine tabs were added today when floater already had them (they cant seem to get this right) & account clearly indicates that the customer provides. Due to the change in service (chemicals no longer included w/service) and Brian laughing at me (totally unprofessional), I cancelled my service! Concerns as a customer are not a laughing matter and word of mouth is GOLD. A simple, " Thank you for sharing your concern and we understand" would have been a better response. I do NOT recommend this company, they have a whole lot of room for improvement, starting with professionalism!

They are great. We pay $95 a month. They are pretty reliable and they do a good job. Their price is pretty reasonable. There is not a set time for them to show up.

 I recently called Arizona Mirage for pool filter and Pump repair. Brian went the extra mile and had a warranty issue resolved on a very timely basis with Hayward  corp. In addition a service change of new pool filter done by Bryce was done quickly and  responsibly. I am always very happy to be able to call a service provider that I trust and provides a competent and well valued service, . Joe arena

I have an old-fashioned diving pool that can have difficult maintenance. They keep the pool absolutely sparkling and pick up immediately if there is any problems with the equipment. They are always letting me know what needs to be done, very knowledgeable, and charge at a reasonable price.
