Very well , both kittens were well. We have used this vet several times before for other animals. We have always found them professional, any medications prescribed were reasonable, however the doctors' charges and lab work cost more than I pay for myself

One of the things that sold me on them is that their markup on medicine is much lower than any place locally or any place that does mail order. It's all about pricing and being honest.

They're better than anybody else around here. My wife is the one who chooses where they go. She was looking for veterinarians that seem to care, have a good follow up, and just tell you what's going on. She thought that these guys excel in each of those.

We LOVE All-Star Animal Hospital!! We have been bringing our dogs to them since 2007 for well visits, ailments (including a bout with cancer (she lived and is still alive!), and nail clippings. Recently, our yorkie was so sick and the treatment he needed was tricky due to his diabetes. It really didn't look good for a couple of days but their personalized treatment and tremendous care made all the difference in the world! Dr. Kara and Dr. Matt are just wonderful and the staff couldn't be nicer. They are so competent and caring. Thank you All-Star for saving our little boy! Tears of joy!!

"Thank you for your review, it is great to hear feedback. Sometimes reviews are so important to help work through problems that we would not have otherwise known existed, like this one. I would love to go over the details of the doctor's exam findings and diagnosis if you would like to give us a call. Or if you prefer, we can also print your pet's chart and mail it to you. Sometimes it is easier to read all the details when it is on paper. I know it was a lot of information, which can sometimes be a lot to take in. We tried our best to explain everything to you that day and even sent in two different Certified Veterinary Technicians to go over all the information. It can be overwhelming with so many options and possibilities. I know the doctor had made a few suggestions for follow up care and I wanted to stress that it is important to have those done, in order to get the answers you need. Even if you do not have them done here, any vet office is fine. The important thing is that it gets the recommended follow up, so they can get the care they need."

All Star Animal Hospital has taken care of our lab mix dog for many years. They are always kind and compassionate. They do not try to upsell you on items or offer you things that you don't need. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable veterinarian who cares.

Service fees and professionalism are great. The doctor and staff seem to be caring and take time to ensure we understand exactly what is happening with our cat and his condition. Unfortunately, we seem to continuously be going to the facility to get the cat's blood sugar level stabilized.
Although the first office visit (almost $200) seemed high, the follow up visits are quick and for the most part reasonably priced ($25-$90 depending upon what tests must be run).
The cat is on a special cat insulin which at first blush was very expensive, as was the specialized injections. We priced the cost of the medication and injections to determine if we could purchase these at a better price via mail order. We learned that All-Star's prices for medication and injections were competitive and better than many mail order services.

They handled it very professionally and they met us right away and we just walked in. They did everything they could but then they had to put her to sleep. We are very happy with them. We like the extra care to our pets. When they schedule us we can walk right in. We don't have to wait outside or wait around. They don't overbook. They book so we walk in and get service. They are friendly and professional.
