Updated: I posted a review last week for the company below and gave them an F because the technician did extensive damage to walls, baseboards and stair rails while cleaning the carpet in my house. After I posted the review, the company owner called me and wanted to fix the damage. He sent a handyman to my house a few days later and the handyman repaired all the damage. I appreciated the owner doing what was necessary to make this right. I would consider using the company again. I cannot recommend this company. The carpet cleaning itself was fine but the technician did extensive damage to the walls, baseboards and stair rails dragging his vacuum hose up to the second floor.
