Heat Pump Repair or Service
Very thorough job; found 2 leaks in the system; fixed; purged and evacuated the system before refilling. I would recommend Advantage Refrigeration to my friends and neighbors.

Very pleased with Advantage Refrigeration. I had a leak in my AC/Heat Pump recurring about every 2-1/2 years. Previously, the original installer of the unit (one of the biggest AC companies in the valley) came out the last two times and did a quick inspection, joint repair, and freon top off - but the problem kept coming back. They didn't do the level of inspection and troubleshooting as did Advantage. After the joint repair and other mechanical joint leak fix, John (the owner of Advantage), did a thorough evacuation of the lines for moisture (including a nitrogen purge) and vacuum tested the whole system. Besides being thorough, John is very knowledgeable about his field and the charges were reasonable. I will definitely use Advantage Refrigeration if I have any issues with any of my AC/Heat Pump units in the future. I'll also recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

John has installed 3 A/C's in the past year at my commercial property. One in particular was a new install that was fairly difficult. John figured out a creative way to make it work the way we needed it to. The other 2 were simple AC replacements. His pricing is competitive and he keeps a clean worksite. When the time comes I'll have him replace my home AC. One of my home Acs is 23 years old, it's only a matter of time until it needs replaced. I highly recommend Advantage Refrigeration you won't regret it.

My A/C went down yesterday afternoon, 07/18/2022, and the temp got up to 89 degrees quickly. My sister and I are both in our 70s and she is diabetic, so we couldn't deal with the heat for long. My usual A/C company couldn't get out until Wednesday, 07/20/2022, and Advantage Refrigeration was referred to me by a friend. They were at my house today around 6:30 AM and had it working in an hour. I will definitely use them for future service. Thanks so much, John!
