A2Z Electronic Wizards is one of the most experienced audio/video companies in the valley. Owned by Keith Brown, who has over 30 years experience and has been in business for over 17 years. He credits his start from being a radio/phone technician in the Marine Corp as a young man. He quickly learned that electronics can be difficult to install and operate for most people. He focuses on keeping it simple and using hand selected equipment to achieve this. Like a one of a button on a remote control that would control even the most complicated systems. Over the years he has gotten to see what equipment does well and what equipment is just plain junk. He then gets to pass that knowledge on to you. They do residential and commercial electronics. In fact they are currently in the middle of a state wide contract to update TV’s and sound systems for one the largest banks in the United States. For Keith there’s no job to small or big and he has proved this. They have experience with most makes and models of TVs, sound systems, satellite, computers, security & camera systems, remote controls, intercoms, and phone systems. So whether you have a system that needs looked at or help with a design or installation Keith and his company would love to have your business. As he treats his customers with the respect that they deserve unlike the big box stores and corporations that treat people like numbers. "We are sorry that you are dissatisfied with the work that was done. We have done everything we could to make you satisfied on this issue. I offered to come out free of charge to correct any reception issues, we offered using your antenna at first to save you the cost of purchasing a 2nd antenna, but the one you had already purchased was not performing to your expectation so we offered to install ours. We had to do 2 separate antenna installs (on top of running additional wiring and relocating your internet modem), and we can not be responsible for the first antenna you purchased that did not perform to your standards. our pricing was listed on our website as well as all of our magazine ads, and is comparable to our competitors throughout the valley (not to mention, we are one of the few in this field that are licensed, bonded, and insured!). after discussing the issues with you, and offering solutions of coming back out for free to fix any issues you had, cleaning up the wiring, and a partial refund for the work we did (as well as giving you the antenna at OUR cost). When asked how you would like to reconcile the issue, you stated you would accept a $200 refund. I was not authorized to refund that amount and had mentioned that you would need to speak to Keith directly to receive that amount, in which you declined, and then said you would take the $120 refund i was authorized to offer. As a small family business, we offered everything we could to make you happy, especially after being falsely accused & threatened by you multiple times during our conversation while we remained polite and professional. Once again, I am sorry that you are unsatisfied with the job and we will always strive to improve. But I believe the review you have left us is quite misleading and unfair. "We apologize for the experience you had with our company (as well as the very late response to this). We have always charged a $49 fee for our estimates as it helps cover our technicians fuel and our office time for processing. Typically, it would be $99 if it was outside of our normal service area. As i am not aware to all the details of what went on at the site between you and the technician, there was an obvious miscommunication on both ends (primarily ours). Typically in a case like this we would recommend having you call Keith back to discuss the issue and we try to resolve the issue with you right then. Usually in a case like this, most, if not all your money would have been refunded for the estimate. We hope to earn your trust and business back in the future, and we apologize once again for how the interaction went. -Corey Brown Electronic Wizards"
"We have responded to the customer, there was extra work done on this job above and beyond what is covered in our special. Our website clearly states that wiring and additional labor is not included! even with that we did offer and "refund " this customer the $50 charge for mounting the antenna on a concrete block wall and buring coax to the house and included materials. And for the $30 splitter, that was to cover using our special tool to tone and identify three outlets that the customer wanted hooked up, and insure the TVs were connected and programming of TVs. After we did the work the customer decided they didn't want to pay the $30 for this, so we disconnected the splitter and removed that charge, even though we did the work. Any way we are one of the few companies out there that take pride in our work and don't think customers are just a number! I have spoken with this customer and believe they are happy know and they said they would correct this review! Thanks Keith Brown"
"( added on 7/20/17)( Just so everyone knows, we did refund this customer 100% of all labor on this job because I thought that was the right thing to do. And I was hoping the customer would report this to everyone but they failed to do it,!!!!!!! ). I'm sorry you weren't happy with our service, but let's clear up some facts. You have stucco on a old outside block wall not drywall and I was not informed of that ahead of time. When the tech got there he discovered this and he said he told you that this requires more time and extra hardware and he was only charging an extra $25 ( no extra major charge! ) we do charge a $55 trip charge to cover our travel fees. If that was not communicated then my apologies. But I did refund you booth of these charges because we like to try to take care of our customers! Now after you wife was told of the extra charges she told our tech not to hook up the cable box or Dvd, that you would do it. And the sound bar you bought somewhere else did not have the proper brackets needed. I find it insulting that you write this review after I sent you a refund check to try to make you happy. But once again we still apologize the job was not done to your satisfaction!"

Corey arrived earlier than scheduled, which is always a plus. He replaced our old AV Receiver, CD player and DVD player with a
new AV Receiver, Bluray and programmed a Harmony remote. We had purchased the equipment ourselves and talked to
Keith Brown about the installation process. Corey showed us how to work all of the equipment. We are very happy everything
went well. Would not hesitate to use them again.
