The service was done very well, price was reasonable and they were very responsive and professional.

After a week or so, the drip returned. Second trip by Faucet Doctors was no charge and the shower is now drip free.

Prompt, fair, thorough, professional and friendly. A Faucet Doctor Plumbing is the best plumbing service I have ever encountered! I called very late on a Friday afternoon for a non-urgent issue of discolored water coming from bathtub faucets in my tenants' home. Even though I said the problem could wait for the next week, they contacted my tenants and arranged to come out early Saturday morning. A previous estimate from another plumbing service from Angie's List told us that the hot water heater was 14 years old and needed to be replaced at a cost of $1000 plus another $400 to replace the pipes with no guarantees that it would solve the problem...and they would recommend disconnecting the solar panel hater heater.. When Greg came out, a quick look at the heater led him to believe the hot water heater was much newer. He called the manufacturer with the serial number and indeed, it was much newer and still under warranty, but did not need replacing as it was functioning fine. He correctly determined that some hoses and fittings needed to be replaced and that should solve the problem of discolored water. I authorized this work by phone and it was done in 30 minutes for $100. Additionally, he promised that if it did not correct it, he would come out the following day . Not only did Greg do the service for one fourth the cost of a competitor, he did so promptly and successfully. My solar water heater panels are still functioning fine. His integrity also contrasted with the competitor who falsely stated the age of the heater and tried to sell a $1000 product that was not needed and still under warranty. Greg and Gina are the best and I will recommend them to friends and neighbors. If anything in my rental home breaks down that A Faucet Doctor services, they will be my first call. I am very happy I called A Faucet Doctor.

After a bad experience with another company, these guys were great. Knew our area and the kind of problems to expect. Came out the day we called, diagnosed and gave us an estimate. Came out first thing next day, showed us the problem, and fixed it in 2 hours. Reasonable price we'd be comfortable using them again.

It went great! Greg called before he arrived and was right on time. He assessed the situation and came up with a solution quickly. Work was performed well and quickly. I would recommend him and use his service again.

Kenny came to check on them and quickly found the problem. He was very professional and friendly. We sincerely appreciate his promptness and eagerness to resolve our issue when we needed it! We will definitely call them again for our AC needs and recommend them to all our friends and family!

Everything worked like clockwork. 118 degrees so time was very critical. Kenny arrived quickly, he understood my situation, diagnosed the problem, and (for a very reasonable price) repaired it .I was never so happy to pay a bill. I would definitely hire Faucet Dr. HVAC again.

Greg was on time, did the job in less than an hour.  My past experience's  with "A Faucet Doctor" have all been very good. 

He is always on time and friendly. He stands by his work and is honest and fair... We've used other plumbers by mistake ( the owners last name is Singeltary so sometimes family members have called Singeltary Plumbing instead of the Faucet Dr's ) but Faucet Dr always seem to be just a little less expensive with better quality.

Our water heater sprung a leak this morning and Faucet Doctor added me into their busy schedule. They replaced my old 50 gallon water heater with a new one before the day was done. Greg is a professional and does excellent work. The cost was very fair. You can't go wrong hiring Faucet Doctor. 

He responded the same day for a quote, and the job was started two days later. We are very happy with the process start to finish.

I have used Faucet Doctor three times now, including the complete remodel of bathrooms, and a main line water leak. Each time Faucet Doctor has been punctual, professional, and provided quality work.

Today, a failed washer on a kitchen sink shut off valve was replaced. Along with replacing the fitting, Greg made sure to blow out the water lines after noticing the washer was in pieces. And sure enough, chunks of the washer were blocking the service lines to the faucet, seriously affecting the water pressure. Greg knows his stuff and is not just a replacement artist!

Another time I had a leak on my main water line at the meter. Faucet Doctor was prompt and completed the repair without disturbing the surrounding landscaping.

I also used Faucet Doctor to completely remodel a bathroom shower enclosure, from the demolition and removal of the existing shower stall, to design, fabrication and finishing of the new shower area. He also remodeled another tub and shower including all new plumbing and piping, fixtures, tile, etc. He did an excellent job coordinating and working on the project, completing it in a timely manner for a competitive price.

I have found the Faucet Doctor folks to be reliable, trustworthy and absolutely honest.

He is very friendly and always on time. I highly recommend him.

We got Greg's name from Central Arizona Supply in Surprise. We are fairly new here from the Seattle area. We called him and he was out that evening to assess the situation, so he had the correct parts when he came back to fix things. He fixed the main water pipe that came in from the street that we tried to fix ourselves (but was leaking). My husband hit the pipe - even though he knew where it was... He thought it was deeper.. He also fixed a pipe at the side of the house from 3/4and quot; to 1and quot; and added a backflow preventer. It was improperly done when they put in the water softener. He also gave my husband advise on the irrigation project we are doing ourselves. A great guy and very personable and very competent. We are very happy with his work and will be happy to call him again if the need arises. I would recommend him to anyone.

He is very prompt, personable and trustworthy. There has never been any issues with having him come back out to fix any problems I might have.

We live in the Seattle area and bought a house on a short sale in Surprise, Arizona. We have never had a house with a sprinkler system before. We had only two days before we had to head back to Seattle. We contacted the Faucet Doctor to come and take a look at the sprinkler system and the overall water system to make sure everything was okay. The man came out and checked the sprinkler system. He said it needed a new board and that one of the three zones had been turned off. He put in a new board and turned the zones back on. We came back to Seattle. About a week later we got a call; the neighbor said that the sprinkler system was running water out in the street. We called the Faucet Doctor to come and look at it again. Come to find out it was missing heads in that zone; so we got charged again. That was 10 days after they had come out and done the first look at everything to make sure everything was okay. I really resent it that we got charged a second time for what they should have fixed it the first time. I paid it but wrote them a note and said I am really unhappy with this. Originally they responded promptly, but we had increasingly more trouble getting them to come out and fix the problem. It is questionable whether I will use them again in the future

Covered in above description....the faucets don't leak (inside or out), the toilets don't leak, the irrigation timer they installed and showed me how to program works fine, the sewerage drains fine.

Gary the plumber called and asked if we could move up the appointment to install a fixture in my home...he arrived exactly when he said he would nd got right to work. After installing the fixture, he provided me with all the documenation for my records so I would have the warranty paperwork. He was very professional and did a great job...I will be using this company again for all my plumbing needs!

Repaired faucets, but reported that the source of the problem was an aging hot water heater (quite old). Had new water heater installed the next day. Was on time and professional for both service calls. Price of water heater seemed to be very reasonable, but I thought the original $75 service call was a bit high. Would use him again.

They were very professional with what they did. They were also very courteous towards us. I really liked that they cleaned up after themselves so I did not have to clean up when they left.
