John was fabulous! He not only did really great work, but he was a huge resource to my husband and I as we worked to plan all of our indoor and outdoor painting projects. He became a trusted resource (like a family friend) as he made recommendations on stain type, colors, and the project work. I totally trust his opinion, his teams work was superior and I would and will absolutely hire his company for our next project. Pricing was very competitive and I feel that we really received value for what we paid.

Everything was wonderful from start to finish. They were very timely, professional, and the kitchen cabinets and interior paint job have transformed the entire home.

Went well except for one area on the side of the house that will have to be redone.

He did a great job. He was hard to get scheduled but after I got in touch with him everything went good. He brought help and had to get on a ladder to reach the second story shutters.

John did a great job, kept me informed, and was done on time.

August 2011: The job was pretty easy except that the townhome has a very tall stairwell that we didn't have the right ladder to paint ourselves.  We were very satisfied with the completed job.  They were quick, professional, reasonably priced, and at the time, one of the only team available on our provided short notice of 1 week. 

March 2012: Like the last job, it was pretty basic except that the house has a two story entry and stairwell.  Also, there were a couple of rooms that were poorly painted very dark colors that required a lot of coats.  Finally, the previous owners had left the walls pretty banged up and covered in holes from hanging art, so there was a considerable amount of patching required.  John cooperated and purchased the paint that we requested rather than using what he usually works with which was nice.  He was very kind in complimenting us a lot for the colors we chose, which was totally unnecessary but very much appreciated.  We were much nit-pickier with this job and asked the crew to do touchups and resurfacing if need be, which they were very open to and cooperative with. 

I gave him a B for Responsiveness because his communication is inconsistent.  We made most of our appointments via text which totally works for me.  Some times I had to follow up with him which wasn't a huge deal, but it would have been nicer to not have to. 

We really enjoyed working with John and will certainly hire him for any future needs.

They did an excellent job with the painting. The quality of work was very good, and they were also responsive to the calls. They also came on time to appointments.
