The installer deceived me to get wireless genie by telling me it's no charge and no additional cost. It was a lie. They charged be +$99 for it. I had to call Direct TV customer service to reverse the charge.

I am pretty happy with them. For the whole package for three rooms, I think we pay around $160. They were just out here and they reset all the boxes for us and change things up. They were pretty good about it, but it depends on the team you get. Sometimes, you get a team that does not have a clue on what they are doing and I have wound up rewiring my whole network and stuff like that myself. This last team that came through was done in minutes and it was great work. I think their price is just as competitive as anybody else. They start out with a great deal for you for six months to a year and then, it goes up to standard pricing and they all do that. Their quality is really good. They carry all the channels I like. I am using them currently and I do not have any plan to switch.

We've had them for years. It's what's good for us because we travel and we take our dish with us. We've been pretty happy with Dish. The quality is good.
