Mr. Barnhill signed a contract to complete an interior painting job and I quote "we will apply as many coats as needed to complete the job". Perfect Results showed up with a total of 2 gals of paint for the entryway, hallway and LR/GR. Primed the purple walls with a gal of Kilz and proceeded to paint in the sloppiest way possible cutting corners everywhere. One total gal of paint was purchased for the LR area which was not primed at all. Blotches of the previous color could be seen throughout the entire room with clear brush stokes for the cut in and sparse application of paint with a roller that was not the correct type for the wall surface or the job in general. Perfect Results decided that nowhere needed to be taped off and therefore paint was applied in error onto multiple door and window trim along with sconces in the hallway. When asked why nothing was taped off Mr. Barnhill's response was "don't tell me how to do my job and there was purple paint on there already anyway". Perhaps after the court case is final I can update this review with a better outcome but for now, the 50% payment for a job that was 50% done was still way too much for this unprofessional, sloppy interior painting project.
