They were quick and easy. We had a approved warranty repair done on our Dyson Ball which I LOVE and didn't like living without! You call to set an appointment to come in, they call with the quote and how long it will take, then you pick up! It's that easy! Would highly recommend!

They were knowledgeable. I felt they were honest. Their hours are good. They didn’t try to sell stuff that we didn’t need. I have asphalt in my condo and we have to take the shoes off, else it just tracks it in on the carpet. I don’t like the wet cleaning and they had a dry one. Everything they said about it was so true. It did such a fantastic job. My mouth just dropped open. They didn’t oversell or anything. The floor was so black and it just took it right out and it was dry. The dry cleaner was the sweetest thing. I got the higher end one. They let me pick my choice by letting me feel and see the difference. The vacuum is also good. I would definitely recommend them. They did give a discount. They are customer oriented. They are professional.
