Unfortunately they took a long time to get started cutting the lawn, so the lawn got long. Once they did, the first time they cut the lawn they didn't use a string trimmer at all. The lawn looked hideous at every fence and sign post. They also scalped the lawn in several place, down to the soil. i contacted them to make them aware of how bad the lawn looked and emailed them pictures of what was wrong. The second cutting the scalped the lawn and didn't do a very good job of trimming fence lines, leaving patches of lawn over 10 inches high in some place. The attempted to edge the lawn at the sidewalk with a string trimmer. The result was a patchy unkept look. To say the least, they showed up seemingly without all of the proper equipment required to do a professional job. Nice ladies, but far from professional results.

They were good to work with, in general. They showed up, gave an estimate and stayed with the estimate. They got the work done on time and did what they said they would do. I think with most of these people you have to babysit them a little bit, but overall they were really good. I definitely am going to use them again. They have done a lot of work in our area and a lot of people like them. Their cleanup was great.
