When we began our search for a contractor, a friend told us that we have to call Chuck at Equity Property Services. We did go with Chuck, and it was the best decision! We could not be happier with the two bathroom remodels and the updates that they completed throughout the house. The Equity team was above and beyond incredible from start to finish. Their pricing was fair and reasonable; and cannot say enough about the wonderful communication and attention to details. They just tackled each update we asked for, with care and wanting all to be perfect. They take great pride in their work and it really shows. The work ethic and kindness is hard to find anymore, but you will find that at Equity. Chuck is incredible; they are so easy to work with: I could go on and on. We used Equity Property Services to redo the flooring on our first floor, as well as some interior painting. What a great experience! Equity's crew replaced the flooring throughout our house while we still occupied the home. They did exactly what they told us they were going to do on their estimate, they cleaned up after themselves, and they were friendly too! We will certainly use them for our future home projects!
