The most difficult part of the job was working with the city of Goodyear to approve plans. Crosspoint was great and did an excellent job blending in the new patio to the house. It looks like it was built the same time as the house. Workmanship was very professional.

The extent of the renovation included a storefront, enclosed solarium.  He installed a security door, light screens in our windows and a couple electrical supply lines.  I appreciate his upbeat attitude and he was in constant communication with us.  If there was a challenge with a subcontractor, he stayed on top of them until the job was done.  He was timely with the services and always checked back with us to make sure we were happy with the work.

From the initial quote to wrap up approval, they oversaw everything. They were completely responsible and professional. I got other quotes, and they came in with a very good quote in addition to being a quality service. They dealt very well with my very detailed plans for the space.
