Poorly, first of all was at least a two man job but only Casey showed up to preform the job. This is a 8 step process. The paint chips wasn’t applied evenly and do to so many coats he stated it was trying to fast. We paid for a second top coat for more durability. After job was done we called to discuss the poor job as several areas were not coated correctly and very ruff. The job we had done in Mesa was like glass when done and you could use a squeeze after rinsing off. This job is way to ruff to do that. The flooring that is exposed to the sun is turning yellow, which wasn’t suppose to that. I texted Casey about the problem areas. His response was we wanted a Cadillac job on a beer budget. Hardly, we paid 1/2 again more than the other quotes. This is where we entertain outside, we are not happy and would not recommend these Cross Brothers for any job. The guarantee was to come check after one year. Still haven’t heard anything and very unlikely we will.
