I have served as a contractor, and found that John does superior work. He was a master carpenter in Chicago and relocated to Sun City in 2005. He was working with a large contractor that went out of business. In 2009, he became an independent contractor. He is honest and very trustworthy. He told us what he would do before doing it, and kept the price unless he told me ahead of time.
