I contacted Brent for an estimate on laying tile in my condo. He came over the same day and gave me a very competitive estimate of $2,00 per sq. ft. He told me he would go and pick up the tile I ordered at Home Depot, but since there was so much, I decided to have them deliver it instead. He started the job the following week. He showed up exactly on time on the day we agreed upon and started preping the floor cracks with some kind of membrane. He worked extremely clean inside and out. He has all the right professional tools and knew exactly what he was doing. His work was meticulous and he had very little waste from broken tiles. The grout lines were 1/8" and were flawless. I am a very picky person and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with his work. The outdoor patio area where he worked was kept clean and after he finished, he cleaned up everything. There was no mess in my driveway at all, compared to the job my next door neighbor had when his tile was installed. I highly recommend Brent for any tile job you may require. He prefers to work in the West Valley, Sun City, Peoria, Glendale, Surprise areas.
