I chose this company after calling five other companies to do the same service work. Bell Air not only had the lowest price for their service call, but they were open on a Sunday and didn't charge extra fees for weekend work! The technician, Albert was right on time and gave me a courtesy call beforehand so I knew to be at my house. There were no surprise fees for labor and the part was cheaper than another company had quoted me earlier in the year. I would highly recommend Bell Air to everyone!

Bell AC checked my unit and made recommendations.  I decided to put off one recommendation but I'll use them again next year to check on the status of the unit. 

The tech, Chris, was very professional and extremely knowledgable.  I would highly recommend Chris and  Bell A/C to anyone.

Michael called and let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he introduced himself and described what he would be doing and how long it would take. My husband is very particular and not easy to please. Michael was very knowledgeable and found an issue with our old thermostat that he was able to repair so that the new device would work as intended. He also answered all of our questions about our AC unit. We would definitely use this company again.

Went great. The tech was on time and thorough. They offered us a 5 year semi-annual maintenance plan which we decided to purchase, and they also repaired a mechanism on our unit that was causing it to vibrate. We will be using them again and I would definitely recommend them.

The a/c unit for my office building was gradually blowing out less and less cold air.  After contacting several other companies, Dan at Bell A/C gave me the best price. Also, when he assessed the old unit, he gave me the option of keeping the old unit chugging along if I wanted and which of course, would have been a lot less money. The other company I called for an estimate insisted that the old unit was irreparable and I had no option but to buy their expensive unit. I opted to replace it with Bell and one year later, the unit works great. I am an extremely satisfied customer.

We were extremely satisfied with the prompt return call and the timely arrival of the repairman.  He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part on hand and replaced it.  We were up and running in no time!  The repairman was very nice and friendly!  We have used Bell Air Conditioning in the past for pre-season tune-ups and for several times when our AC unit went on the "fritz."  We wouldn't call anybody else!  Their great service is always consistent!  We highly recommend Bell Air Conditioning LLC!!!

I cannot say enough positive things about Bell Air. Before I joined Angie's List, I had hired a number of AC contractors. Not being from AZ, I didn't grow up with AC, consequently I didn't know much about the inner workings. I must have used between 3-5 different AC contractors over the years. They all told me I had a small, slow freon leak. Consequently, every 16 months or so, I'd have to pay to have freon added. It was under these circumstances I reached out to Bell Air. Dan Bell came out, and without prompting found the leak and patched it. I was going through a divorce at the time, my finances were dire, and I thought I was going to have to s hort sell the house. After patching the leak, Dan provided a couple lbs of freon at no charge! Needless to say, when my AC unit finally went out last summer, I called Dan at Bell Air. If you live on the west side of town, I would unhesitatingly recommend Bell Air. I will never use another company.

I have had a maintenance contract with Bell for service before I need the heat in the winter and before I need the air conditioner for summer. I have been very pleased with the service - - I was made aware that I would most likely need a new AC unit at some time; however, they didn't pressure me and I got all the life out of my old unit I could.
Chris installed the new unit. He was extremely kind and professional. He didn't try to sell me on anything more than I needed. Additionally, I am able to keep the balance on the maintenance contract as well as get two more years on it .
I was able to pay half down and was informed about financing to pay off the balance same as cash for 24 months. This really helps a lot! Asha, the office person with Bell was great also, she gave me my finance options and got the best deal for me.
I highly recommend Bell Air Conditioning to anyone needing air conditioning or heat service.
An added bonus is that I now know they also do water heater installs. Hopefully, I won't need that service for many years to come; however, when the time comes I'll go with Bell!

Our experience was wonderful. It started with our first contact with the receptionist, Asha. She was so sweet and it was like speaking with my sister. The technician, Mike, was prompt, very polite and very articulate. I was extremely pleased with their service and I really liked that Dan, the owner, respected his employees and went out of his way to reward quality work.

I'd chosen Bell Air Conditioning to do my a/c maintenance last year based on their stellar Yelp reviews. They were quick and responsive as well as friendly and inexpensive. When the upstairs air handler went on the fritz, I gave them a call. The woman who answers the phone let me know that since it was March they were running a special on maintenance for just $27 per unit and that if I had that done and needed a repair, they would waive the trip charge. Kevin came out on Monday as scheduled, but after spending about 30 minutes rooting around in the attic he said he was going to have to send two guys back to replace a broken wire in the next day or two. No extra charge. Two days later, two different guys showed up to do the work. They were polite, neat and efficient. They worked for two hours, got the work done and charged me $241 to get everything working again. I'm pleased with the service.
