Steve Trejo from Bell AC was excellent and Professional. He showed up on a Saturday night and handled the clogged air handler in under an hour. The emergency call was not expensive. Steve was generous with his knowledge. I really love the Bell AC Team. My family always calls them first.

Got a text that my tech Caleb was on his way. Right on time at the start of the promised appointment time range. Also very impress at how quick the turnaround time was to get an appointment scheduled. Caleb was very professional and friendly. Quickly diagnosed the issue and proposed a part replacement resolution. Work done so easily and promptly. I highly recommend Bell and Caleb for any HVAC issues. I will always contact Bell Air Conditioning in the future for any hvac issue.

Bell techs are awesome! Caleb worked until 10pm to get the system working with a temporary patch, and then both Caleb and Jimmy came back on Sunday morning to perform the permanent fix. So glad we went with Bell when we replaced our units! They really care about their customers and stand behind their work!

We priced the same machines from Trane with four contractors for apples to apples comparison. Bell was the least expensive of the four, with the top two being quite close to one another except Bell also included duct cleaning in their proposal. We stepped up to pretty sophisticated machines and control devices with variable speed components everywhere we could so it wasn't an expensive exercise to buy two sets. The work was done on time and as proposed and works exactly as expected.

Called on a Saturday afternoon. They arrived within the hour. Adam was a fantastic technician. He found the problem quickly and took care of it in a reasonable time at a reasonable cost. Thank you Adam and Bell Air. Highly recommend this company.

In the emergency situation that we were faced with,, the technician Sabino arrived almost immediately. His eager to diagnose and solve our refrigerator problem was exemplary. Manny Appliance Repair offered us a very positive result and I have no problem in recommending them to my immediate neighborhood community.

I was more than impressed with the crew that removed my old roof mounted HVAC unit and installed a new Trane HVAC system and followed up with a duct cleaning. There were no wasted steps, neat and clean, they were professional, courteous and more than willing to answer any questions that I had. Bell Air Conditioning exceeded me expectations and I would highly recommend them for service and/or installation of any AC needs.

Chris, the technician, was on time, very professional, and provided excellent service. He answered the questions I had and was nice to our 3 dogs who instantly liked him.

Every thing went quit well except for one miner problem that was corrected. I spoke to the owner of the company about this matter and he corrected the problem to our complete satisfaction. We have used this company several times in the past and I would recommend them, as we have found them to very reliable and honest.

The 2 men that did the installation were very professional and did an excellent job. They cleaned up when the job was complete and answered all my questions clearly and patiently. The man that sold us the heat pump did an excellent job of helping us decide which unit to buy. So far we are very pleased with unit and the service.

Bell offered an extremely competitive price. I talked directly to the owner. He was courteous, professional, and quick with his estimate. No up-sell and no additional charges. No lengthy presentation! He wanted my business, and I could tell he deeply cares about maintaining a 5-star customer service rating. I mean that as a sincere compliment. Based on my experience, and all the different review sites I've researched, he is the real deal. His team arrived promptly around 8am on the scheduled date and had the new system operational by 1:30pm. The furnace did not fit through the small garage attic opening, but they promptly scheduled a professional drywall repair which excellently repaired the larger hole they needed to cut. The A/C has been working excellently. Although only a SEER 14, this new Trane unit is incredibly quiet and has made a noticeable change to our electrical bill.
