AAA+++ Joe Marshall has thirty years experience and a wealth of knowledge. He shows up when he promises to and he really knows his stuff.I live in a cul de sac and all my neighbors hired him as well. We had previous service together and we always stick together. Unfortunately our previous company went bad but Joe saved the day! Highly Recommend!

Joe does not return phone calls when messages are left. We needed Joe to empty, clean, refill, balance our pool and then to maintain it on a regular basis. He did clean our pool beautifully. But while the pool was emptying, he expected us to turn off his pumps instead of managing his own equipment. He had promised to include the initial chemical balancing when the pool was refilled - all we had to do was let him know when the pool was filled. He told us our pump was not working when in fact he had turned off the breaker to the pump and had put the canister housing back together with the gasket twisted so that it was leaking air - it would never have worked with either of these issues. Both of these should have been easily diagnosed and corrected, especially when he was responsible for shutting off the breaker and had taken the pump canister apart. We called repeatedly but he never returned our calls. He also told us we were just a couple of blocks from an existing customer so he would have no trouble working us into his regular service schedule. Two weeks and many unanswered phone calls later, we sent Joe a text about starting service. He finally replied to the text stating that he was not able to take on another client. Joe's failure to respond for two weeks has left us trying to find another pool service prior to a trip we must take at the end of June. Joe's representations to us sounded wonderful and would have fulfilled our needs perfectly. He was never able to follow through on these and was never available to discuss these by phone when we called him. This was highly unprofessional - its a shame because the small amount of work he did for us was good.

Joe Marshall was a total pro. He knew exactly what I needed to make my pool cleaner run at a maximum level. He explained everything that he was doing at a level that I understood. No double talk just the straight facts. I really appreciated that aspect of his work. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone who needed work done on their pool. He was fantastic..

Was not satisfied with the outcome of my pool. Still looked dirty after a month, and there was no communication. I kept having to call to see what was going on.

I hired Joe to handle our pool cleaning services just recently. So far so good. I would like to reserve a full review for a later date as we won't know for sure if we are fully satisfied until we have something go wrong & get the chance to see how the problem is rectified. So far we are happy with the cleaning service being provided on a weekly basis.

Joe has been great. Our pool is clean and we have gotten compliments on how it looks and the kids don't complain about their eyes burning. So thank you Joe for doing a great job on servicing our pool each week.

Having a pool is new to me so when we moved in and it was kinda green l thought we were never gonna get to use it .Ive made several attempts to clean it up with a pool company ..NO LUCK...l the appointment after appointment and nobody ever showed up. When they did show up they showed up to tell me that they didn't have time to do anything to it and that's without even looking at it. Then I Googled Pool Service to find Joe with Aquarius this guy is amazing just to come out and do the free estimate he had it clear before he left..l cannot believe it it was amazing know when people come over they tell us well your pool looks great.
