I am a state licensed contractor with a very long lasting reputation for over 20 yrs and i could not find a good pool repair person to fix my filtration. Finally i found Joe he not only knew what to do but he fixed the problem in 110 degree heat today. i will recommend him anytime. I have a hard time recommending anyone, but he was one time! He knew what he was doing and very fair on his price! Thank you Joe!

WORST EVER pool maintenance company! First visit, left equipment in backwash mode and dropped out water level in pool 2' and flooded our backyard. When I called and told him our automatic water leveler was constantly running water and our pool water line was down two feet, no one knew what was wrong & he couldn't be bothered to come fix his error until sometime later that day Had to call Shasta, to fix his error. Then, although he was charging us for complete maintenance & chemicals, the pool wasnt brushed, vacuumed, or chemically balanced, allowing severe algae overgrowth. Fired him!

JOE IS GOOD. He cleaned ,y pool that has been sitting 2 years with rain water in the bottom. he pumped the water out got the leaves and sludge and then scrubbed the bottom. All for half what the others would have charged.

Joe Marshall is a very knowledgeable pool person. When the initial scope of work didn't correct the problem, he went above that scope and cleaned up the pool. He is hard working, honest and professional. Definitely would recommend him.

Excellent service by Joe. I am always able to reach him by phone. Follows up and does what he says he's going to do! He turned my disgusting green pool back to a crystal blue pool. Fixed and replace numerous broken parts. Fantastic job so glad we hired him and will again!
