Applied Building Concepts

We purchased our tile at World of Tile in Glendale and they recommended Ben Hall, Applied Building Concepts, to do the install. On the scheduled day the installers, David and Gabby arrived on time. They arrived with a smile on their faces and were absolutely a joy to work with. They completed the job ahead of schedule and we are very happy with the install. It's refreshing to have workers who do quality work with such a great disposition and attitude. I can't say enough good things about David and Gabby and the job that they did.

Ben and his team are complete professionals. They arrived on time, worked late when needed and finished when quoted. They are friendly, professional and trustworthy. Best of all, the workmanship was outstanding. I can't give them a higher recommendation!

I contacted Ben Hall for an estimate on our job for backsplash, tile flooring and a step install. He came by the very next day to walk the job down and give us an estimate. We had already picked out all the tile. Ben described what other materials were needed and arranged for them all to be purchased at contractor cost at WORLD OF TILES where we had purchased our tile.
He then scheduled our job for a week later to start @ 8:00AM on Monday, 1/21. He called me @ 745 on Monday to tell us they were running 10 minutes late. He and the crew arrived exactly 10 minutes late. He walked down the job with the crew, made sure they understood and were ready to go. Stayed until they had started and everything was good.
The crew was extremely polite, answered any questions we had, and very clean. They were great to have working in our house on both days. Ben arrived right after the crew on day 2 and again made sure everything was good to go. Ben did not ask for any payment until the job was done.
The crew worked through the second day. When all done, they cleaned up everything. They put away all excess materials where we wanted and even put away our rolled up carpet where we wanted to store it.
We are extremely happy with the whole experience. The price, Ben as the boss, the crew, their professionalism, cleanliness and especially the beauty of the job.
It was great to use Ben Hall and Applied Building Concepts.

Ben Hall is the owner of Applied Concepts. He showed up on time and went over the job with me. He made suggestions to improve the job by adding a bench to the shower area. Ben's workers showed up on time and were professional and polite. Their work was perfect.
