A M Grouting

Andy was very professional. The service was provided properly. However, the worker that performed the work dripped acidic cleaned on my wood laminate, which ruined the floors. Andy tried to find flooring to replace damaged areas but was unable to find it. In the end, he refunded me the amt of the cleaning. I had to replace all of my wood laminate which cost over 10x the cost of the service.

He was fine. He did a good job.

I set up an appointment with Jesse to get an estimate on grout cleaning and sealing for a tub surround. He responded quickly and later confirmed the appointment. When he came out to look at the surround, he said the grout was in pretty good shape, and that he didn't think we'd see much change if he cleaned and sealed it. He sprayed a patch of tile and grout with an acid wash to confirm that the color wouldn't change much. Turns out the previous owner, for reasons that shall remain a mystery, selected a grout a color that looks perpetually dirty. Maybe "Antique Grimy Alabaster." Jesse didn't try to sell us a service that we didn't need, and he gave us some tips on how to touch up a couple spots ourselves. He earned zero dollars from this job, but when we do need some grout help, I'm going straight to him.

I got to know AM Grouting from a neighbor who used him. Andrew came over to look at my bathroom issue at no charge after helping my neighbor. He was very nice and knowledgeable on grouting. My bathroom shower had this hard white cement buildup. I never knew what it was, I thought it meant I need new tiles. Andrew told me it was just buildup from calcium cause we don't use soft water. He gave me suggestions on how to get rid of it and even gave me some tools and cleaning material to use on it at no charge. It took some time, but I was able to get rid of all the calcium buildup. I liked his honesty how he was upfront on how its something I can get rid of myself, which I did and so saved me some money on that part. Most companies may have just let me assume that they need to do it and charge me for it. I would highly recommend AM Grouting based off the knowledge and work they do. But one thing I noticed was it takes him a bit of time to respond to text/ phone calls. I can understand they are busy but notice the replies sometimes take a while or sometimes their no reply at all. I recently recommended him to a friend who had called him about redoing the bathroom group and she left a voicemail. He never got back to her. Other than the responsiveness, everything else was good! I would still recommend this company, as long as you are able to get in touch with him you will like the service they do.

We had talked to Andrew on August 12th and he scheduled an appointment to come to our home on Saturday August 16th. He asked us on Tuesday to send him a text of our address then responded that he would be over on Saturday at 3. Saturday came and it was 3:30 and he was a no show. We called and there was no response so we left a message and then there was no call back. My husband then texted him later that night and still no response. We gave him 2 days and still no contact. We really like Angie's list but only used it a few times so we're hopeful still. We were looking forward to meeting with Andrew because initially we saw he was highly rated for professionalism and we wanted to do work with him but now not so sure. He didn't follow through.

They were on time and courteous, did what they say they would at the price they quoted. I was very pleased with their work and would definitely use them again.

We had a leak in a pipe behind a shower wall. Plumber had to cut a 12 by 18 inch hole in the wall to get at it. Andrew came to give an estimate, noted some damage to adjacent tiles and recommended replacing those in addition to repairing the hole. We also asked him to look at the other bathrooms and he noted missing grout and caulking in 2 showers and a tub. Andrew and an assistant arrived on time, worked all day and finished before the estimated time. They were very professional, informed us of all they were doing, and left the area very clean. They repaired the hole in the wall and replaced 16 tiles. They did such an excellent job matching the color of the tiles and grout that it's impossible to tell the area that was repaired. They also repaired the grout and recaulked the other needed areas. We're very pleased with the quality of the repair and the way the work was done.

Andrew did a really good job removing and put in new grout. Our 20-year-old shower looks brand new and our kitchen counter looks great. He is prompt and even came back to do an extra layer of seal on our bathroom floor just to make sure the seal is good. Very nice job.

The owner/operator of AM Grouting, Andrew Miller performed all the work himself. The old tile grout was removed and replaced with new grout which was sealed. He also re-caulked areas where the glass shower enclosure meets the tile. The job was done thoroughly with excellent attention to detail. The result is the floor of the shower enclosure looks as good as new. Mr. Miller was a pleasure to work with. He returned calls promptly, was on time for the estimate and performing the work, and does quality work at a fair price. We will not hesitate to use AM Grouting again for any time work.

Better then Chocolate Chip Cookies. This young man is REALLY that good. I called him to get quotes for re-grouting and caulking both my bathroom area and my kitchen counter. He arrived on time and was extremely professional and polite. Even my dog liked him (which says a lot). His quotes were very reasonable, so I decided to go ahead and have my bathroom done. He arrived to do the job right on time. He did the job promptly and cleaned up after himself. My tub and tile looks like NEW. It is absolutely beautiful! I asked him if he happened to do general Handiman work and he advised me that he did. I have had him out to do several other jobs, including repairing my side gate, replacing locks, and general plumbing work. I have been absolutely thrilled with the quality of his work. I have already talked to him about doing several other jobs that need to be done. Andrew is a very polite young man with an exceptional work ethic and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

The granite counters and tile floors look like new. The shower seat wasn't installed properly by someone else two and a half years earlier,and water had gotten behind and under it as well as under the stationary glass next to the shower door,and began to mold and smell.He took out the seat and killed the mold. There was some staining on the floor that that was under the seat, he was not able to get all of it off after trying with six different cleaners. And the wall that was behind the seat is a lighter color than the wall that has been exposed,but these are just problems you work with the best you can. I think the wall will darken with time,as the darker spot on the floor will lighten over time. It is clean and sealed up so water doesen't cause any more problems for a while.And the only smell is a fading oder of cleaners used,so we're happy with that. So,as stated before,he was on time,did the best job he could with what he had to work with,and charged a fair price.I will use his services again as needed,and recommend him to anyone in need of cleaning and repair work in the kitchen and bath.

WONDERFUL! Andrew returned my phone call the next day and scheduled the first visit for the following day. He is very prompt, polite, pleasant and was very thorough in his explanation of the processes needed to remedy my situation. My son had been living with me for a few years and had exclusive use of this shower. Shame on me, but since he is an adult, I thought he would clean/maintain the unit. He recently moved out and when I inspected the shower, I was shocked to find mold and mildew surrounding the bottom half of it. Andrew to the rescue!!! He is diligent, painstaking and very clean!!! I am so very pleased with his work and work ethic and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to everyone in So. Calif. The shower is BEAUTIFUL!

I called AM Grouting on Friday and Andrew came by the following Monday to give me an estimate. He arrived promptly at the appointment date and time. I agreed on the labor cost, not including the material cost. After discussion of what kind of tile I had in mind, he returned on Wednesday with some tile samples. The selected tiles were ordered and he began work on the project the following Monday and completed it on Thursday morning. It look a little longer than expected because of some of the detail work involved. Andrew was alway punctual, professional and cleaned up nicely after each work day. We are very happy with the result and will not hesitate to have him come back for any other tile job in the future.

I believe this is answered already except to say that there was a call back to check over some of the work and Andrew responded promptly and come by to see that everything was completed properly. He is very professional and eager to please. The entire process was a pleasant one and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

He really made it look good, but now I am discovering a few minor areas that need caulking on the outside tile. This is not a problem with the service and I will touch those up. It really looks good and I cannot give him less than an A for his work.

He answered our questions but performed his work diligently, and quickly. My husband was very happy with Andrew's clean-up. It turned out excellent. He followed the directions very well and added some of his own ideas. He matched the grout to tiles very well. The end product looks excellent I have had some compliments on it. He was very professional. It took him about a day and a half. I would recommend him to other people.
