A CLASSY CUT

I called the company and scheduled an appointment. Kingston arrived as scheduled and went right to work. He really knows what he's doing. After trimming the trees he cleaned up all the branches and mess. I'm sure I could find a company that would do the work for less, but I want it done right so I'll keep hiring this one.

The company responded promptly to my phone message. The worker arrived on time, gave me a price on the spot. I asked him if he was a certified arborist and he said he was not, but had trained under a certified arborist for a number of years. I'm very careful about how my trees are treated, but decided to go ahead with the work since I'd used the company before and had been very pleased. The worker did a terrific job and a complete cleanup when he finished. I could not have been more pleased.

I thought he was just going to give me a consultation, but you could tell he was ready to work. My mesquites and palo verde needed shaping and training, so that worked out well. The trees had never been pruned and were growing like crazy with no "plan." I was concerned about them, wanted them to get a good start, and was afraid my gardener might not be the best one to do the job. I was very happy with the outcome and trusted Kingston. He seemed to have lots of experience. It takes someone who really knows trees to do it right.

Workers arrived on time and did the job quickly and without incident.

Just fine. Nice, friendly people arrived a little early, did the work contracted for and explained what I'll need to have done come February to make my old carob tree look better.

Rusty's crew does an excellent job. The end result is very nice. However, you must be prepared to deal with Rusty who tends to be very careless about returning calls or showing up for his appointments. Once the job was scheduled his men were here on time and worked very diligently.

Omar and John arrived on time. Omar is a certified Arborist who was able to instruct us on how to care for the three different trees growing in our new yard. Omar left us with written watering insturctions for each tree. John and Omara quickly trimmed the trees and cleaned up all of the branches, leaving both the trees and the yard looking great.
