 + -1 moreThey were so dedicated to helping me through a difficult time. I was a little stressed about selling my house, and they were very calming and helpful. They worked hard to publicize the house. When they showed me houses to buy they didn't try to influence my decision, they just pointed out the features of each one and let me make up my mind. It was very nice working with both of them.
Description of Work: Patti Bagbey and Loretta Halpin were my real estate agents from Windermere. They helped me sell my home, doing several open houses, taking photographs and putting ads on line and in the newspaper. The house sold in a little over two months. I paid 8% commission on the $134,000 sale. They also helped me buy my new home, showing me several homes over the course of a couple days. I paid them 4% commission on the $132,000 house that I purchased.
