What a terrible place to buy a golf cart. No customer service in this company they blame the customer for everything. I bought brand new 2013 cart. The golf cart had a 3 year warranty and the batteries had 1 year free replacement, and for the next 2 years they would be pro rated as to remaining warranty. One year later the batteries were not holding a charge. They would not honor the warranty saying it was my abuse of the batteries. I filed a small claim law suit against the company. They failed to appear and I was awarded a default judgment. They have failed to pay so now I have filed a supplemental procedure to secure the assets of the company to pay my legally owed debt that they refuse to pay. The small claim is available at the maricopa county justice courts in the hassaymapa district. Stay tuned in for my results in collecting this legally owed debt that this company refused to pay. The supplemental procedure is scheduled for the middle of march.
