Excellent, exceeded our expectations! Don’t Judge A Book By It’s Cover We contacted five different contractors for our kitchen project and our first impression with Kachina Kitchens seemed not very optimistic. However, after consulting with the other contractors, there was no question that Kachina Kitchens stood above the rest and would be the only choice for us to hire to do the job. There were several reasons the other contractors fell short such as, they didn’t return calls, they didn’t keep promises, fancy presentations lacking substance and high prices. What we were and still are impressed most about Kachina Kitchens is that their price was very reasonable, they use high quality products, they are easy to contact and communicate with, all their work was explained in a way we could understand, they demonstrated excellent customer service and they kept all their promises. Although you might not be impressed with your first impression of this company, don’t judge a book by it’s cover, Kachina Kitchens was a no-brainer hire for the job and we highly recommend them for any project you might have.

From the moment we visited the showroom and met Phyllis and Larry, we knew we picked a WINNER. Lots of choices on cabinets and countertops and top quality products. No pressure to buy “extras” we did not need. And it did not end there. Ted and Allen installed the new cabinets in 3 days and the countertops, sink and faucet were done in one day by another crew. Total of 4 days, unbelievable. The workmanship of all the workers was top notch. A great bunch of people to work with. We would highly recommend this company to anyone we know.

This experience went very well, from the beginning estimate, to the final installation. All involved were very easy to work with and answered all of our questions. The office staff, and installation crew, at Kachina Kitchens were very professional and all work was completed on time. It is refreshing to find a company that truly works hard to satisfy the customers expectations.

Very well in their workmanship and finished in a timely fashion. Included - counter tops, sinks and plumbing. Even gave good suggestions. Can't say anything negative about our experience with Kachina Kitchens. If we had another kitchen or bathroom we would have them do them too.

Perfect! Chris and Dick did an excellent job on installing the new cabinets and Jose did the same with the countertops! Larry and Phyllis were great to work with! We could not be more pleased with how everything came together!!

The job was done perfectly. The old tops were methodically removed, new plywood bases installed, and the new quartz tops installed. The seams were not just good - they were perfect. The sinks were beautiful Blanco sinks and installed perfectly, including all the plumbing. We were very, very pleased with all of the work, from start to finish.

Workers were on time, and cleaned up after. Kachina Kitchens explained the entire process and timeline. Very good value.

Kachina Kitchens was excellent to deal with. The owner came and measured our space and installation of the quartz countertops was done before promised and perfect. We picked this family owned co. because of the good reviews and would use them again. Highly recommend for their friendliness, quality workmanship and competitive pricing.

we have worked with Kachina Kitchens two times in the past three years. Our first experience was purchasing and installing new countertops in our kitchen. we worked with Larry and his team long distance and we were very pleased with the communication regarding this job. Having a job done long distance can be difficult but Larry gave us great confidence and we were VERY pleased with the finished job. Our second experience workinlgl with Larry was a total kitchen remodel. we chose Kachina Kitchens again because working with him and his team was great!!!! Thisl was a BIG job, a total gut and remodel witah a different floor plan. Larry"s showroom gave us the opportunity to choose all the cabinets, countertops, doorl handles, sinks and everything we needed for our PERFECT BEAUTIFUL new kitchen!!!!! It truly is a cooks dream!!!! He also recommended a company for our appliancces and they were also wonderfull to work with. During our remodel Larry would "stop by" to be sure everything was ggoing well, according to his/our plan/design. we sincerely thank Kachina Kitchens, Larry and his entire staff for our fabulous one of a kind cooks kitchen!!!!!Mary Ann and Jim Casey.

Work done on time and the few minor problems that occurred were corrected promptly. I would highly recommend this company.

We were very pleased with Larry and his team as they transformed our old kitchen into a beautiful new modern kitchen. From start to finish everything went as Larry promised and the cost was reasonable compared to other bids we received. We are glad that we chose Kachina Kitchens over the big box stores.

We tried through Home Depot for several months and got nowhere, no design, nothing but a general estimate which was higher than Kachina Kitchen's estimate. We went to KACHINA KITCHENS and within 2 months we had the project complete from design, structural changes, lighting and electrical modification to cabinet, countertop, and appliance install with better quality units, and at a price significantly less than indicated by Home Depot that it would be, even when they couldn't finalize a plan. There were no delays. Project was completed on time. Workmen showed up on time did a professional job and cleaned up the mess. Larry worked to make any last minute changes I wanted happen. Price was spot on the estimate. Kachina Kitchens has their own workmen for each specialty: structure, cabinetry, appliances, countertop. All did excellent work. No complaints at all. Lots of compliments on the new kitchen and family room cabinets. We are very satisfied.

It went great. Kachina crew removed and hauled off old appliances and cabinets. They had places to take anything that might be reused. Cabinets were delivered when expected. Cabinets were unpacked the next day and installation began quickly thereafter. Installers Chris and Dick arrived mostly on time and called if there was a longer delay of their arrival. (Late arrival was usually because something ran late elsewhere. The guys always told me what was going on so I didn't have to wonder.) I was pleased with the installation and the finished result. I love my cupboards, cabinets and quartz counter tops.

Installer arrived the same day the cabinets arrived . He started by checking all the cabinets to make sure there were no problems.He then started his process of organizing his work.

We got several estimates before having this job done, including from a Big Box store, other kitchen refurbishers and a local handyman. Kachina wasn't the cheapest but pretty close. This is a local firm, I wanted to support a family business and - most importantly - I had seen their work in various homes and they have an excellent reputation in the area. They were very patient with me as I dragged this on for months before I made up my mind, including going away on vacation for a few weeks. But eventually I did choose them. Personal attention for measuring and allowing me to take home samples so that my husband and I could select our wood choice were both very important. What blew my mind was that I gave the required deposit check BUT it wasn't cashed until THEY had to pay their supplier for the materials - wow! And even though the balance was due upon completion of the work I didn't actually pay until I went into the showroom the next day. The two men who did the physical work were prompt and worked as cleanly as possible for an inherently messy job; they also cleaned up after themselves where they had been working in our attached garage, as well as inside the house. Their task was made more difficult because I had previously tried a sort-of refurbishment with my own grubby little hands and they had to clean adhesive off the cabinets where I had stuck on facing. There was no extra charge for this because I had pointed it out beforehand. The company that made the doors made a mistake on one of them and cut it too small, but as soon as Kachina received the replacement that door was also hung. I had chosen fittings but when I saw them I was convinced they were the wrong color. I went to the store and found that they were the exact color I had chosen and the mistake was mine. All this handled sweetly and smoothly by Phyllis and someone came to install them within a day or two. I mention this to show that even when the customer is wrong Kachina makes you feel that "the customer is always right"! Not only would I use them again but I have already suggested to friends that they use them. Of course I have no way of knowing whether they did or not but this shows my level of satisfaction.
