+ -1 moreAt the beginning of the job Anna and Hugo Juarez were available to answer questions and supervise crew. When the work was complete it was dusk and we should not have given them final payment until we could inspect the work better. We also could not walk on the driveway or sidewalks. Initially Anna returned our phone call and stated she had the paint and sealer we needed (and paid for) to complete our 3-1/2 car garage floor and would deliver it. She has not delivered the paint and sealer. We were told the work had a 2 year warrenty but they will not answer the phone when will call and do not respond to our messages.
Description of Work: We had Juarez Design apply Acylic Coating to our driveway, sidewalks, and patio. They got paint on the house, there are several places that are lacking sealer, the paint on the driveway is chipping off. They promised a 2 year warrenty...they will not return our phone calls. Anna Juarez has a wonderful sales pitch and will act like your best friend. Seems very knowledgable. The workers did a poor job in applying cool coat texture, paint, and sealer. There are areas where the masking tape is stuck in the paint. They were to deliver enough paint and sealer to finish our garage floor. We contacted them numerous times to repair their poor work and to get our paint/sealer and they just never answer our calls...isn't caller ID wonderful. We reported them to PORA (Sun City West HOA) Turns out there were 13 compliants against them in Sun City West. They are not licensed, bonded, or insured. We have no recourse except to stop others from using them. Don't fall for their SCAM. We didn't do our homework before hiring them, please do yours.
