They performed their workquickly, and were fully complete, ready for reconstruction within four days. Their work was exceptional, they coordinated extremely well with my insurance company and their communication with me was proactive and thorough and timely, especially since we were traveling and handling everything remotely. I could not recommend them more highly.
Description of Work: We discovered a leaking valve and water spraying in the house that had been going on for 6 weeks or more. We found saturated carpets, wet drywall and mold everywhere. I caled Desert Dry at 6:30 the next morning, and before 9:00 they had a crew on site removing damaged material. They proceeded with dehumidification for two days, then encapsulation, treatment and removal of the mold infestation. They removed and disposed of all of the contaminated materials.

THEY CAME OUT WITHIN 4 HOURS TO SET UP THEIR FANS TO DRY OUT OUR WALLS. I'M NOT SURE HOW MUCH IT WAS BECAUSE THEY BILLED OUR INSURANCE COMPANY.
Description of Work: THEY CAME RIGHT OUT AFTER WE HAD A LEAKY ROOF PROBLEM.
