The service was good. They were on time and professional. It just took too long and I wish it took less but the job was very nice.

For working in a town that is 55+ it is unbelievable this company will not take responsibility for errors made and even more they expect an older clientele especially those with health issues to fix their company mistakes. Had new tile and laminate installed. Laminate had issues that were fixed. Not so with the tiles. All 7 edge tiles in the guest bathroom are chipped, tiles in main living areas chipped as well. Finished the job in a rush and gouged 8 spots on the wall dragging around a shop vac that needed fixing and repainting. Also the the grout was not cleaned off the floors properly. Grout haze was everywhere and grout was left on our cabinets, glass patio slider, baseboards and trim work around doors. My husband has COPD (which the owner knew) and instead of sending someone to fix their poor cleanup the owner gave us ACID to clean the floors. It took 3 days on hands and knees to scrape the grout out of the trim and clean the floors several times with the acid and it still wasn’t fully cleaned. Finally we had to let it be for those health reasons. When showing pictures of the damage and cleaning issues to the owner to resolve, instead of standing by their work he told us to take our business elsewhere! We now have to live with a hazy floor and a house full of chipped tiles. We in good faith could not recommend this company to friends or neighbors.

It was $50.00 per each chair. I would tell my family and friends that they would perform over and above than what you'd expect.

They came out and measured the windows. We ordered the Hunter Douglas plantation shutters from them. Within two weeks they were out here installing the shutters. They went in with no problems and look beautiful. We had one shutter that was installed next to an interior window that would slowly open. Brett talked to Hunter Douglas and came back the next day with the solution. Very nice people to work with. We were very pleased.

They  couldn't be more professional and responsive. The work is precise and of the highest quality. The first job came in $1,000 under their competitor for the identical tile. The men were always on time and went out of their way to make the inconvenience to us minimal.

They are excellent. They were on time, they were very thorough. They cleaned the tile great and they cleaned the carpet great.
