Tech came onsite promptly. He was extremely professional and courteous. He allowed me to watch and diagnose the issue and complete the repair. A week alter my second unit went down. The same tech was onsite and we did the same procedure. Really nice field guys and office staff. Their sales guy quoted us for 2 new units with a fair price (our units are 17 years old). Totally satisfied.

Process was went very smooth. Mike came out provided options and explained the changes to ACs today vs. mine built 17+ years ago. When I did select Canyon over other providers I was given all the details on how the day would go and what needed to be done. On the day of the replacement each technician introduced themselves to me and got straight to work. I was told it would be an all day job and it was. Everything is up and running, now.

I called a friend whose husband was in the industry until a couple of years ago and he said definitely get a second opinion and recommended another company. They came the next morning and there is nothing wrong with our compressor! The noise was just a loose part that they found and fixed immediately. They also noticed immediately that there was a gap in the installation where both our hot and cold air was escaping. Also that the coils were very dirty (it was part of the maintenance agreement to clean the coils) And also there was no drainage line for the condenser. Condensation water was just pooling there and every time the unit started it was being sucked back into the motor. This was all stuff that we'd been paying Canyon State to notice and take care of. There was more, but you get the picture. The other company took photos to show us. And they fixed it all and told us the unit was probably good for at least another 2 or 3 years. What makes me feel really bad is Canyon State pulled the same schtick at a former home and we fell for it and bought a new system from them.....$$$$$

We've had the company for years and we wouldn't change for a million dollars. We wouldn't change. They are great. Even if they were going to be 15 minutes or a half hour late they let you know. If they see they are running a little late and they are unable to be here at the time they said they call and say, "Hey, a few things come on this other job. Would you object we would be there a little late in 30 minutes." They always call. When they say 9 they are here at 9. We always have one worker. He is so thorough. He doesn't rush into the job. He takes the hose and cleans out before he takes pictures. He comes down and lets you know if there is anything wrong with the coils or anything. He cleans everything. He does a thorough job it could take 45 minutes. The people are professional. Even on the phone if you call them and say you have a problem they are here. They don't say I'll come in 3-4 days. They say we will have our guy call you back and they are here.

Ignacio Valenzuela arrived at the appointed time in a truck with the company logo wearing clothing bearing the company logo.  When I answered the door, he handed me his business card with photo ID and introduced himself.  Before beginning work, he talked to my husband and I, explained what he planned to do and asked if we had any questions or concerns.  Ignacio went about his work in a quiet and professional manner.  When finished, he checked in with us again and gave a report of what he found.  There were things that weren't perfect because our unit is older, but he said that it is perfectly serviceable.  We will definitely call Canyon State to service the system again next year.

Trent did a great job explaining what the problem was, and as it turned out, a part needed to be replaced and we were still under warranty that we thought had expired, so the part was replaced at no cost.  He explained why we had the failure and explained about the whole house surge protection system and how it can help prevent failures of this kind and possible problems to our appliances without the surge protective system.  We purchased the system.
