Julian was very efficient and did his spraying effectively. He was very business like accepted a check and your coupon. He also made arrangements for a follow up

The arrived just a couple minutes late. The exterminator was very friendly and explained everything he did. He quickly completed spraying throughout the house and around the outside. They were here less than an hour and did a thorough job. The friendliness and professional of the exterminator was above expectations.

Ortiz's men were punctual and polite for both the inspection and treatment appointments. They showed me how to recognize termite infestation and damage, explained how the treatment worked. We did not actually see them spray the chemical as they said that the chemical is too toxic to be around while being sprayed. They did put on protective clothing and a mask before spraying. They also trenched around the shed and RV which they said they would do. (Some neighbors are skeptical that Pest Control Companies actually spray with chemicals as some of the operators don't wear any protective or masks while spraying, and I have seen that with service from other providers around our park) So, as far as I know Ortiz Pest Control will do what they say they will do. We'll see how they fulfill the terms of their contract within the next 5 years. I have every reason to expect that they will honor the terms of the contract.

They offered good prices and they were always on schedule and on time. The workers were not that friendly. They sprayed and simply left. I would not use them again in the future.

An estimator came out two days ago and showed me where the termites were. I was able to crawl under the house and look to see what and where they were. He gave me a reasonable price and a team showed up today and completed the work. The termite tubes were completely washed away as advertised. They will be back in 30 days to inspect once again. Unlike two of the other vendors I was able to find their product on line and am satisfied that I got what I paid for.

If you have any problems after the treatment, they come back out and don't charge you. They are very professional.

On time and got right to work. did a good job and will return every year for 5 years to inspect and apply if necessary at no extra cost.

We had a large cricket population which attracted the scorpions, they came in, found the source of the problem(s), laid down their chemical and we haven't had a problem since. They were upfront with the pricing and with the results we could expect. Very professional and courteous. They didn't force any contract or repeat services on us, they provided information on steps to take to prevent reinfestation and a recommended plan to maintain a bug & scorpion free home. I definitely recommend them to any and everyone who'd ask.
