Didn't bolt down my toilet in the MBR. If I was desparate, I might call him back. He just seemed a little emotionally unstable.

Great! Work was done quickly with very little disturbance of our family. Joe arrived on-time, diagnosed problem quickly. We were advised of repair options, jack hammering through our disabled son's bedroom floor and fix the leak under the house or capping the leak off and re-route the plumbing through the wall. We chose the re-route through the wall. Joe made two small cuts into the drywall, made plumbing repair with a 30 year warranty of his work. His work was professional and neat.
