I called to make the appointment prior to their regular hours. I left a
message, as requested. My call was returned as soon as their business
hours began and they were very flexible in making an appointment that
would fit in my schedule.
Mr. Staples explained the problem as he cleared the blockage and made
the repair so the drain will not be able to freeze up again.
He was pleasant and professional.
I would use this repair service again!

He showed up on time and immediately found the problem with my side-by-side refrigerator and repaired it. It was not that expensive.
