It turned out to be a big job. They had to go in and replace the stuff behind the wall. It wasn't just replacing the faucet. The other company said that it couldn't be done, but this guy was willing to replace the parts and put in some better quality stuff and figured out how to do it. It was the first time we used them. We're doing a retrofitting. But I'm very happy with them. I'm extremely happy. He does some solar stuff. The work he did was about $150 and most of it ended up being parts. We wanted better parts than were originally installed there and he was willing to upgrade it instead of just throwing on the same stuff that wore out in a year and a half. He is outstanding. It took him about an hour to do the job. He is on par with the other guy except he did better work. It's going to end up costing a little bit more because he is special ordering the type of faucet that I want, instead of throwing on what he had in the truck. So it is going to cost more, but I don't think the labor is really more. Initially, the leak was so bad that we had to turn off the water to the whole house. He came out that day and did a temporary fix so that we could turn the water back on. So he has been out twice now. Even though it took a few weeks for him to get back, part of that was, I was gone and the roads washed out. There was good communication through all of that. He had another job. So it has taken a while, but the communication has been great so that I knew what was going on. Even though he didn't give me an exact time for the day, he called me up when he was on his way to conform and then he was prompt. He is very professional and very knowledgeable.
