Very well. Came when he said he would to give an estimate; came when he said he would to do the repair; cleaned up any mess (there was very little); and painted the underside of the roof overhang (partially what was replaced) I might add that I had Westover because several neighbors down the street had him for similar repairs and gave him glowing recommendations. He has also done repairs to a (almost) flat built up roof at my chruch.
