VERIZON WIRELESS

Not good. The representative signed me up for insurance I did not request, and sold me two Verizon Hum devices for my cars, telling me that the devices were free with a monthly charge. She never showed me the 7 plus iphone (only the basic model), and when I requested a copy of my receipt she said it would be emailed to me. I did receive an email but with no detail, only the total amount of charges. When I returned to the store several days later to return the Hum devices and insisted upon a copy of the receipt, I found that I had been charged for the two devices and for insurance. The representative informed me that my auto insurer, USAA, would give me a 10% discount if I used the devices. USAA gives no discount of any kind for using these devices, verified by phone by me that day. I had also originally asked that a Jetpack I had on my account be removed, and it was not. Lastly, I was told at the time of purchase that my monthly bill would decrease to $144/month from $180/month in part because I lowered my monthly GB allowance. But I received an email from Verizon shortly thereafter indicating that my monthly charges would increase to $204/month. All in all, an unpleasant experience dealing with deceptive sales practices. I will not go to this Verizon location again and will discourage anyone I know from doing so.

We have had nothing but very poor service with our phones. We finally got them to send replacement phones but service was still very poor. Then they sent a replacement sim card for only one phone instead of two. Still phone service is very poor and expensive for always getting dropped calls or no service and very poor internet access as well.
