+ -1 moreUnfortunately, a few sharpened knives, at less than $25 total, is not going to pay the rent for Trapper Jon's Knives. We are fortunate, in Sierra Vista, to have a great resource in Jon Carpenter. He is kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. If everyone in town would bring in a few knives to be sharpened, we could keep Trapper Jon's Knives for years to come.
Description of Work: Jon Carpenter is the owner of Trapper Jon's Knives. He has more cutlery in more shapes and sizes than I have ever seen anywhere. We took him our old dull knives, and he restored them to a sharpness I didn't think was possible. We returned with other knives from home, and, just yesterday, I commented on the sharpness retained even after 10 months and much use.
