Their hours are so accommodating . They are friendly, knowledgable and professional. Price is not relative as I only paid my deductible. They worked with my insurance company, I had little to do. Work was performed to my expectations and within their estimated time. Living in my town and parking anywhere, no matter where the heck I park, is like the kiss of death. This body shop is so phenomenal that when I came in with a small problem, they brought out a technician who buffed out a small area where another car had made contact with mine and did not charge me. Great company!!! Would not use anyone else.

They are the company that our insurance use and it's really good that they are with them. They did a really good job.

Was referred to them after an auto accident. My insurance company has them listed as a preferred shop, but also have heard their name from several people around town.

The car was towed to them and I made the initial contact phone call. I am not sure if they would have called me, because I called so soon after the car arrived that they had not probably had a chance to call me.

The work needed was substantial (the above amount was the amount of total work done on my car), and they worked well with the insurance company.

It did take about three weeks for them to get it completed, but most of that was because parts had to be ordered, etc. When I called or came by (did that once to get items out of the car), they weren't the most happy, jolly group, but still seemed professional enough. I gave them a B because it seemed like the pleasantries of conversation were a little lacking and for some reason I always felt like I was bugging them when I walked into the office or called. They were polite, just not very friendly.

The car looks GREAT! I can say that I can't tell there was an even an accident and my car looked really bad after being hit. It was front end damage and they took the time to make sure that my axle was not damaged, did an alignment to verify that was okay as well.

I had one thing still broken but it was only noticeable after operating the car's gadgets, something I don't think they would have been playing around with. They said they would fix that promptly with no problem.

I had a few questions and they answered them all thoroughly. Would definitely use them or refer someone to them again. I just wouldn't expect much small talk ...all business over there.
